Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Asgard All Wealth Locations

November 8, 2020 by FranciRoosters 32 Comments

Asgard contains 30 Wealth Locations in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (ACV). This walkthrough will guide you to all Wealth Locations in Asgard Territory and how to get them. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story in free roam.

Wealth Collectibles get marked by golden icons on the world map automatically when synchronizing the viewpoints. They are a type of Collectible. Usually they are chests containing gear and upgrade materials used to improve your character. Finding all Wealth items is needed to complete all Territories for the Completionist All the Way! trophy or achievement. It is recommended to first play through Asgard’s quest line before getting all Wealth as some of these won’t spawn unless you progress through the story first.

Also in this region:

  • Asgard Mysteries

Wealth #1: Ymir’s Tear Stone

After performing a Leap of Faith into the pool from the Synchronization Point, head left (west) to find an opening. Climb down and dive to get to a new area called Ivaldi’s Forge. From the pool, parkour up to find a wall crevice you can slide under. Here’s the chest.

Wealth #2: Ymir’s Tear Stone

From the previous Wealth’s location, make your way onto the hanging platform and from here shoot the lock to bring the ladder down. Climb it to find the chest.

Wealth #3: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Head towards the Bifrost (Asgard’s rainbow bridge) and jump down into the water below. From the exact location shown below, dive down to find an opening under water. Swim back up to find the chest.

Wealth #4: Ymir’s Tear Stone

This chest is hidden behind a breakable wall, but you need an oil jar to blow it up. The oil jar is sitting on a wooden boat under a marble bridge. Use the logs and the statues piece on the water to go grab it and place it next to the wall. Then, shoot an arrow to explode the wall.

Wealth #5: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Heading towards the chest location from the left side, you should come across a ladder that leads you to it.

Wealth #6: Ymir’s Tear Stone

From the small plaza, drop down to find some temple ruins and a wall crevice you can squeeze through. Walk on the rope to get to the chest. Just be quick as this area is poisoned.

Wealth #7: Ymir’s Tear Stone

After performing a Leap of Faith into the pool from the Synchronization Point, head right (northeast) and look up. You should notice an overhead line/rope you can walk onto. To reach the rope, use the zipline that’s above it and while on the zipline drop down to the rope. At the end of the rope is the chest.

Wealth #8: Ymir’s Tear Stone

North of Indre Holm there’s an underwater access point that leads you to the chest location. On your way, move the beams onto the compasses to make it across.

Wealth #9: Ymir’s Tear Stone

This piece of Wealth can be collected during quest “The Big Finish”, not before this chapter (can still return later). You must enter a cave from the shore at the south-west side of the this island (about 66 meters south-west of the wealth icon). See the entrance below. If you scan the environment with Odin’s Sight :r3: you should also see two green highlights by the entrance.

Wealth #10: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Go behind the house and shoot the breakable wooden window to access this chest.

Wealth #11: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Climb on the big tree by the lake to access an overhead rope. Walk on it to reach the chest.

Wealth #12: Ymir’s Tear Stone

At Trollton, at the top of the tower. You need to make your way around some ice to get to this.

Wealth #13: Ymir’s Tear Stone

In plain sight, near a bonfire.

Wealth #14: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Close to the previous Wealth’s location is a breakable ice wall. Break down the ice with an arrow and then head right into the wall crevice. In this new area, on the far right is a hidden passage that leads you to some metal bars. From here, you can shoot the oil jar on the other side. Then, go back the way you came from and head right, then right again to slide under the wall and access the chest.

Wealth #15: Ymir’s Tear Stone

From the previous Wealth’s location, grab an oil jar and slide back the way you came from, but this time continue forward. Place the jar near the wall, shoot it to blow the wall up and access the chest.

Wealth #16: Ymir’s Tear Stone

On this tiny island, on a shipwrecked longboat.

Wealth #17: Ymir’s Tear Stone

In Well of Urdr (the entrance is 60 meters north-east of the wealth icon, where the white dot “Well of Urdr” is on map). Immediately after entering this area, after sliding down a little slope, don’t follow the platforming and instead drop down into some water below. Dive down and resurface by the wealth icon to find the chest sitting on a ledge. This is still before using the first beam of green light.

Wealth #18: Ymir’s Tear Stone

In Well of Urdr. Proceed to the until you must interact with a beam of green light. Then you get to a cave where sunlight is shining through, look up and to the right and you’ll see the chest sitting on a ledge.

Wealth #19: Ymir’s Tear Stone

This chest is underwater. Swim in the exact direction of the marker to find it.

Wealth #20: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Near the hole in the floor where the chest’s marker shines through is another hole from which you can shoot an arrow to destroy the oil jars below. Then access the area via the stairs 15 meters north.

Wealth #21: Ymir’s Tear Stone

As shown in the picture below, enter the hole in the wall to find this chest.

Wealth #22: Ymir’s Tear Stone

This Wealth chest spawns after completing Asgard Mystery #2: World Event (Noble Harts). Check out Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Asgard Mysteries Walkthrough for the solution.

Wealth #23: Ymir’s Tear Stone

From the Synchronization Point, do a Leap of Faith into the haystack, then another one into the pond below. The pond is connected to a cave entrance, enter it. Once inside the cave, redirect the rays of light so that the final ray of light can hit a compass. Then, drop into the water and dive down to access the chest.

Wealth #24: Ymir’s Tear Stone

At Utangard Chasm, in plain sight. However, to open it you need a key. The key is owned by one of the enemies found past the wall crevice in the area. You can press :r3: to use Odin’s Sight while standing at the chest to reveal the white key icon on the enemy.

Wealth #25: Ymir’s Tear Stone

At Utangard Chasm, go back to the crevice area and use the ladders to climb up. Then, turn around and walk across the ruins until you can spot a breakable wooden platform in the floor (image below). Go down the hole to find the chest.

Wealth #26: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Squeeze through the crevice (20 meters south of wealth icon) to find some movable platforms that open the way to the chest.

Wealth #27: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Near the Wealth’s marker are some oil jars. Grab one and make it across the pillars to reach a destructible wall. Throw the oil jar at the wall to explode it, behind it is the chest.

Wealth #28: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Right of Heimdall’s Tower, all the way at the bottom, on a beach.

Wealth #29: Ymir’s Tear Stone

Right of the Bifrost (rainbow bridge) is a secret passage by the mountain side. Keep going until you see a fork in the road. At the fork, go right and you should see some wooden platforms. On the other side are some oil jars. Grab one and jump down (via the hanging rope). Then, throw it at the destructible floor to blow it up and reveal the chest.

Wealth #30: Ymir’s Tear Stone

The last wealth is inside a mountain. You find the entrance in the south-east edge of the mountain, at the bottom of it (by a circular arena). Follow the path until you see a platform and move it out of the way. Then squeeze through the crevice on the right and run through the poison mist to find the wealth chest at the end. If there’s an orange light barrier blocking your way, finish the Asgard + Jotunheim story arcs first and check again (this may be a bit buggy).

That’s 100% of the Wealth Collectibles you can find in Asgard Region of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (ACV).

For all other Wealth check out the complete Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wealth Guide. For the other Collectibles in this region check out the Mysteries Guide and Artifacts Guide.

Some of these aren’t very clear. “ After performing a Leap of Faith into the pool from the Synchronization Point, head right and look up. You should notice a overhead rope you can walk onto. At the end of the rope is the chest.” I can’t reach the rope though, which makes this seem impossible?

      Heya,
thanks for your feedback. I went back and added another image and some clarification to this collectible. If you encounter an issue with anything else, please leave a comment and I promise I’ll give it a 2nd look.

Thanks for your feedback, your question has made the guide better 🙂

I think it’s glitched, I was fighting the enemy who had the key and he vanished mid fight, then the key was randomly in my inventory

I got it rob. The barrier is gone after dealing with fenrir. Need to go through the whole story, Jotunheim included.

It can be gotten before finishing Fenrir. Not sure if it’s maybe a little bit buggy. I added a note that if it’s unavailable, to finish the story Asgard / Jotunheim arcs first. Additional confirmation appreciated at which point others here are able to access #30.

I’m not able to get it as well, the orange barrier is still there after doing every single story quest. It’s the last one missing.

There’s a buggy/hacky way to get through that orange barrier. If you mount up and sprint towards the barrier and dismount as you make contact I was able to dismount on the other side of the barrier.

#7 You can throw a torch at the gas to burn it out. Who knew the Asgardians had untapped methane?

Not sure if anyone else ran into this issue besides me (though I did see a lot of complaints on Reddit) but there is a game-breaking bug that occurs when trying to collect Wealth #9.

If you attempt to collect Wealth #9 BEFORE triggering “The Big Finish” mission, the bug happens and it will not allow you to finish the mission. Exiting the Animus or going back to Ravensthorpe doesn’t fix it. Since you were not supposed to find the area where the wealth is located beforehand, the game gets confused and bugs out.

You’ll know the bug happened when you do “The Big Finish” mission and Freyja does not transform back into Loki. When you go to find the Builder’s paint with Loki, Loki will be in both places and the builder’s paint will not be marked on the map. Considered yourself royally screwed if his happens!

To resolve this, you’ll need to go back to a previous save (which most likely you didn’t make). Go to the LOAD screen and choose the “Episode Save 1” save and it will take you back to the middle of the second Asgard mission where you have to lure Jotans to the builder’s shield. Yes, you have to redo the missions again but it is your best bet at not triggering the bug a second time.

So I went to the area where Wealth #9 is, and found a locked door, so I assume I can’t get to it yet. Does that mean I’ll be bugged out and have to go back to that episode 1 save? Or can I go back to an autosave from before I attempted to find this location?

Go through all the Wealth in this guide one by one. Check your map, when fully zoomed in there will be a black “X” on the wealth locations you found. They stay marked.
By going through them one by one you will find the one that doesn’t have the “X” on your map which will be what you’re missing.

For wealth 24 I went there earlier on after like the 2nd mission. I killed all the guards there and got the other two wealths yet no one was carrying the key for it.

The game remains frozen on the quest I looted all locations for the tear stone but my map claims I’m missing but one. I cannot progress forward and I’m pretty much done the game. Any help or tips? Thanks!
