Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77) has 156 NCPD Scanner Hustle Locations (112 Assaults, 17 Organized Crimes, 27 Reported Crimes). This guide shows where to find all NCPD Scanner Hustles.
NCPD Scanner Hustles are very quick 1-step events where all you do is go to a location and kill the enemies. These events go away permanently after doing them, which also reduces the number of remaining enemies on the map.
There are the following types of NCPD Scanner Hustles (blue on map):
112 Assaults in Progress
17 Organized Crimes
27 Reported Crimes
Completing all NCPD Scanner Hustles is required for the following trophies (you must also do all Gigs for them):
- Greetings from Pacifica!
- The Wasteland
- Little Tokyo
- Mean Streets
- The Jungle
- City Lights
They get marked on the map by blue icons. After the story they will all be marked on your map automatically! Do what you can find during the story and clean up the rest after the story. After the Credits finish rolling, select 
/ 
“One more Gig” to be put back before the Final Mission. Then you can continue in free roam to collect anything you haven’t done previously. On the world map you can filter for just the NCPD Events by zooming in on the map and clicking 
to filter for “Open World” activities.
A few NCPD Events will only spawn at night (after 8PM) or at day (before 8PM). If you’re still missing some NCPD Events after having reached Street Cred 50, try skipping time via the Menu to switch between day and night and check if new Events have appeared.
Assaults in Progress are small enemy groups with an item you must loot. Organized Crimes require you to clear an area of a large group of enemies. Reported Crimes add a miniquest to your journal (also adds a map marker) which leads to a cache you must loot. After visiting the first marker of a Reported Crime you’ll get a second marker but it’s part of that same Crime.
Below are maps with all NCPD Hustle Locations for each district. If there’s an orange number next to one of the hustles, it means there are multiple in one spot. See the last image of each district that is zoomed in on those locations.
If you’re not getting the 100% trophy / achievement for a district, odds are you are still missing an NCPD Hustle or a Gig that hasn’t spawned for you yet. Here are some tips:
- Some Hustles and Gigs may count towards a different district than they start in (especially near the border of districts). Some Gigs also show the wrong district icon in the journal. For example, in Watson it is common that you have done everything in that district but no trophy / achievement has unlocked. The reason is that some Gigs / Hustles that start in other districts are actually counted towards Watson. Complete all Gigs and all NCPD Hustles on the entire map! It can seem that a trophy for a district is bugged and seemingly everything has been done, but most likely you are missing something in a completely different district that is needed. On Xbox you can keep better track via the Achievement Tracking, but unfortunately at the time of release this isn’t possible on PS5 (though hopefully the proper PS5 version that gets released later will support this feature).
- When you start working on a district, make a Manual Save beforehand and keep a few Quicksaves / Manual Saves in between. If something is bugged you can reload these Saves, which can bring you back to a point before the bug occurred. You might lose a few hours of progress but it’s better than having to start from scratch.
- Read all your Shards (Menu > scoll over Journal > click Shards section below Journal). Some Reported Crimes don’t come up until you read shards related to them.
- A small number of Hustles only spawn at night (from 8pm – 8am)! Skip time in 3 – 6 hour increments and check your map if a new one has appeared.
- In Pacifica one of the Hustles north-east of the Stadium might not spawn. To fix this: complete all other Pacifica Hustles, then go to V’s apartment, sleep, skip 16 hours from the menu. It should then spawn the final Hustle.
- Reach Street Cred 50, which is needed to spawn a few Gigs.
- Also related to Gigs, if something doesn’t spawn try calling that district’s Fixer and visiting them (can zoom in on the map and filter for “Open World” icons to see them easily). In some cases the gig spawns can be a bit buggy and talking to the fixer can help spawn them.

Watson
Note: The “ Suspected Organized Crime Activity” that is the furthest north-west in Watson only spawns after doing the one directly south of it (just a few meters away). Another one spawns after doing Gig: Hippocratic Oath in the same place as the gig (it won’t spawn instantly, just sleep at V’s apartment and it should appear). These are circled green in the map below. Remember that each Reported Crime also triggers a new entry in your journal that must be completed.

Note: In Pacifica the Hustle north-east of the Stadium is bugged for many players. A possible fix: After doing all other Pacifica Hustles, go to V’s apartment, sleep, skip time for 16 hours from the menu. It should then spawn the final Hustle.

Are you Street Cred 50 yet? More Gigs unlock with Street Cred levels (you need the Gigs for the trophies too, not just NCPD Hustles).

Did not get the achievement for watson. Did all the gigs and am Street Cred 50. I also found some that where not marked here…
Don’t know exactly when, but after I kill all cyber psycho and report to reign Jones, and did a mission called “every breath you take” today, a new organized crime just shows on the map, and my trophy pops up after this one.

For the santa domingo one om stuck on, im street cred 50 im 92 percent done,however there is one thats irritating me i think its glitched. Its on the top of the santadomingo map riggt next to a fast travel, its a “reported crime even question mark” there are no enemies that spawn just a small backpack laying against a crate to which i go and pick up the items from, yet it still says “naturalize any ongoing threats in the area” when there are NONE Please help!
Did you ever figure this out? Have the exact same problem. I did find a dead guy on top of a building with a yellow exclamation mark, but when I try to loot him, it says “Content Locked” and I can’t do anything. Can’t even scan him.
Managed to find out that there was yet another yellow marker down on the ground in that Reported Crime, that worked. So the bug was that there was multiple yellow markers, where only one worked. Confusing.
Its right by the longshore south fast travel its touching borders with westbrook charter hill, its like a factory area with all pipes and stuff and the backpack isjjust sittin there empty since i already picked up the items

Did you ever manage to sort this? I’m having the same issue. No access to a warehouse and no enemies are spawning. I’ve been back multiple times and nothing.
Well, after get 4/7 district on first game (Watson, Westbrook and Santo Domingo buged) i loaded a previously save do a speedrun and got 100% on 7/7 and the Platinum trophy.
This is how it finally “worked” for me:
Lv 32 / Reputation 50.
No cars buyed.
No cards scanned.
Not a single side quest started.
Did EVERY SINGLE GIGS on Watson, Westbrook and Santo Domingo BEFORE the last 3 missions, the one whit the 3 snipers of Takemura.
Saved Takemura.
WATSON
To complete Watson you MUST TO COMPLETE Westbrook too. It must be some kind of bug, but on my first game i missed the next mission and on this speedrun i got it without any problem.
To unlock my last mission (a police call one) i forward a week staying on the district and then the mission appeared on the map.
WESTBROOK
Have a MISSABLE / BUGEABLE QUEST, called “Encargo: Entrando en calor…”(in Spanish). Is about save a “girl?” which is connected to a machine and you must take some kind of gel from the bathroom to save, if you don’t pick it she will die. The girl is called 8UG8EAR and it will appear on your phone even if she died. Don’t worry about if she stay alive / died.
¿How it can get buged? If you don’t do the mission ASAP when you get the call from Wakako Okada when you get close to the spot there is a chance that the main door get bugged and you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN IT. No way to fix and no other way to get inside the building.

One of the gigs of Westbrook is the mission of the “Johnny’s bots” you must be about 30-40 (dunno how much exactly) reputation level to unlock it.
SANTO DOMINGO
I think that there’s is some king of bug in the same way as Watson and you MUST TO COMPLETE Westbrook to get 100% on Santo Domingo.
In my both games i did 100%, BUT on my second game i got 100% on Westbrook and Santo Domingo unlocked after the last blue icon.
The “colosseum” blue icon IS NOT from Santo Domingo, is from Pacific: Image 4
The “under the bridge” blue icon IS NOT from Santo Domingo, is from Badlands: Image 5
And ANY OTHER blue icon which is OUT of the Santo Domingo blue line is NOT from Santo Domingo, they are from Badlands.
Man with the bugs in this game getting those trophies are like gambling. if you are unlucky you get fucked over it’s so fucking dumb, I currently have one Gig Killing in the Name where you have to scan but there’s absolutely nothing to scan for. I hope this one is not trophy related.
Oh yeah, and I didn’t know I could save Takemura so I have to do another play-through just for that. ffs
See my written Killing in the Name Walkthrough. Pretty sure it’s not a bug you’re experiencing, the objective is just wrong and misleading in that mission. You must find a router up some fire escape stairs and don’t actually need to scan anything in that quest. Took me a little while to find it too.
yeah no mine is definitely 100% bugged out. I can see the router and scan it. It shows underpowered/no power during scan, and I cannot interact with it at all. RIP
To complete watson the last mission i had to to do was (reported crime: worldly position ) which was weirdly located on westbrook near the columbarum fast travel point. The mission was listed as a Watson mission in the journal.
Watson and Pacifica not popping for me. All gigs and blue markers done.
not sure how I fixed pacifica.. now I have all the trophies in the game except for Watson, it just won’t pop any markers.

There is one assault at Pacifica that pops later. I cleared all the ncpd hustlers and gigs but the trophy didnt pop. After a few minutes of panicking i decided to do other assaults and skip time. And after 4 assaults and 48 hours it did pop on the east of the stadium.
I have 50 sc and I am on the final mission, so it’s not a matter of progress.

I’ve skipped time and done other blue icon markers in other areas, it’s still not popping up. But I haven’t done the main quest where you meet the voodoo boys in Pacifica, could it be linked to that?
North east pacifica assault by stadium popped for me once i did half of ‘chipping in’ mission, once u wake up in bed and talk to rogue
The Watson trophy has to be glitched. I’ve now finished everything in the game, got all other trophies, and that one just won’t trigger.
I confirmed all the Watson gigs as completed as well, so it must be a blue marker OR just a glitch.
Watson 100% is bugged. Can you please explain this in your guides? The whole internet is having trouble
You may be missing Gigs / Hustles in other districts.
Some that are close to the border, or have the icon of another district in the journal, actually count towards Watson (the same can happen in other districts). Just complete everything on the map 100% including other districts.
There is one more crime in Pacifica north of stadium. I searched on youtube and they say go V’s apartment and sleep and skip 16 hours. Worked for everyone except me. I still can’t get last assault in my map. So what should i do ? Also my last missions is bugged can’t see on my log. So i can’t finish the game either.
I can’t get the Heywood trophy to pop. I’m street cred 50 and have done all of the gigs and can’t see any NCPD Scanner Hustles left to do. I tried switching to the different times as said but still can’t find any new ones.
I was having the same problem. There is a Gig called “Bring Me the Head of Gustavo Orta”, it looks like “City Central” east but it counts as Heywood. Its just on the border between Heywood – Central – Westbrook.
There is gig ‘ lifes work’ u need to steal a car but if u or enemies will destroy the car then quest will insta fail, check it out.
I failed mine cuz grenades….
My city lights trophy is bugged. I’ve literally Done everything on the entire map (including buying all the vehicles) and it still hasn’t popped up
I got all of them except Westbrook did everything
I think its because the fixer (wakako) doesnt call you when you finish the mission but she will once you finish the othet missiob which results in that there will be always 1 bugged mission in a district
And if you do the family heirloom she will tell you that you saved lauren
Which i already did
Then she tells me to go tyger vultures gig which i also already done

I have a bug where none of the blue question marks on my map change, even after I complete them they stay on the map as a question mark. In 40 hours I haven’t come across a convoy, assassination bounty, cyberpsycho… it’s usually just an area of dead people and suitcase with a shard. Even the assaults in progress that actually do show up on my HUD as an objective are just empty areas littered with dead guys and no perp to take out, as I’m instructed to.
In other words, this is very bugged. I’m playing on PS5.
I have only 2 gigs to clear on my map but both are glitched 🙁
I’m stuck with collecting reward for completing “Press power ” in Watson.
I have only “sell” option 🙁
Also in Watson I have body to inspect but it’s glitched yet again , I can’t do anything with it

Needle in a Haystack is glitched for me. I remote opened the container and looted it but it still shows as ‘open’.
Any fixes? I’m pretty much finished everything else.
