Cyberpsycho Sighting: On Deaf Ears is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Cyberpsycho Sighting: On Deaf Ears Gig (Side Quest).
Area: City Center (Downtown)
Quest Giver: Regina Jones (Fixer)
Requirement: Finished Playing for Time
Reward: €$3947, XP, Street Cred, 2 Legendary Weapons available as loot
Mission Info: Hey V! Watch out. Whoever left those bodies is still hanging around.

Find the cyberpsycho
This cyberpsycho is actually one of the trickier ones to reach. He’s inside a parking garage. You can only access that garage from the highway 40 meters north-west of the quest marker. You can walk up some stairs to a bridge and jump down to the highway. Then look for the garage entrance at the top. The below screenshots show the exact location where to enter.
Neutralize the threat
Walk down inside the garage and you’ll encounter Cedric Muller. Take him down. If you’re underleveled, try reducing the difficulty in game settings. He uses a shotgun. Either try headshots with a sniper rifle, or get up close with melee weapons and circle around him to melee-attack from behind.
Search the area to collect evidence
After he’s dead, loot the Shard on his body. Then also loot the box that has a yellow main objective marker on it for a 2nd shard (circled red below).
Read the shard “Archived Conversation: Maciej Nakonieczny and Cedric Muller”
Read the shard you just found (Menu > Scroll over Journal > click the “Shards” section).
Message Regina about Cyberpsycho Sighting: On Deaf Ears
As with every Cyberpsycho Sighting you will need to text Regina Jones that you finished the job (Menu > Scroll over Journal > click “Messages” section, scroll to Regina and click the text on the message that says “Reply”).
You can also gain 2 Legendary Gear here from drops:
- Carnage (Power Shotgun) – dropped by the Cyberpsycho
- Beast Mode (Cyberware Mod) – in the box you must loot
