Paid in Full is a Side Job in Cyberpunk 2077 (CP77). This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of the Paid in Full Side Quest.
Area: Watson (Little China)
Quest Giver: Viktor
Requirement: Complete Main Job “The Ripperdoc“.
Reward: Unlock Viktor as a Ripperdoc with his inventory of Cyberware
Mission Info: I don’t know many rippers who’d install Kiroshi optics on credit and faith. In fact, I only know one – Vitkor. Maybe once you’re on top you don’t forget about the old guy, yeah? Pay the man what he’s due.
Objectives:

Starting Location: Paid in Full
Side Job: Paid in Full takes place in Watson (Little China).
Pay off your Debt to Viktor
Go to the location shown above and talk to Viktor. Pick the yellow dialogued “€$21000 Want to pay of my debt”. You need 21,000 Eurodollars for this which is actually quite a lot of money, at least in the early game. Early on, your best way to get money quickly is from doing Gigs and NCPD Scanner Events. In the late-game you can find expensive weapon & armor drops from enemies that can be resold for €$500 or more per piece. Some enemy groups in the open world respawn instantly when you just walk 100 meters away, so they can be farmed repeatedly for their loot and you could get 21,000 in a few minutes by reselling the loot at a Drop Point. It’s best you keep this quest for the endgame, because in the early game this is better invested in Cyberware from other Ripperdocs.
The only thing paying Viktor does for you is that he becomes available as a Ripperdoc (plus his gratitude for paying off your debt). He sells Kiroshi Optics (eye Cyberware). He also has some mods for Kiroshi Optics in his Trade Menu. If you buy the purple rarity Kiroshi Optics from him you can put 3 Mods on it (e.g. see the explosive radius of grenades, see the outline of power weapon ricochet, make all weapons Non-Lethal etc). Of course you’ll still need to pay Viktor for these Cyberware Upgrades.
