Meet with Stella.
Just approach the car.
Get in the car.
Simply enter it.
Talk to Stella.
Inside the car a conversation with Stella starts, during this conversation, you can choose an answer. It doesn’t matter what you choose here, the outcome is the same. You will get a keycard.
Enter Dodger’s base.
Exit the car and cross the street. The base is right next to you.
Find Bill and Charles.
Inside the base, you have to find Bill and Charles. When you enter the base, there will be enemies, you can go stealth here or kill them all. To find Bill and Charles, from the entry point to the base, go straight to the other side of the room.
Turn to the left and go down the stairs.
Take the elevator.
Outside the elevator you will see an enemy in front of a door, kill him.
Talk to the stranger.
Now just talk to the stranger, the choices you make here don’t matter as the outcome is the same.
Help Charles open the door.
You can help Charles open the door two different ways, the first option doesn’t require any skills leveled.
Talk to Charles.
Just wait and listen to Charles.
Talk to Bill and Charles.
After talking to Charles follow him and talk to both now. The choices you make here don’t matter as the outcome is the same.
Escort Bill and Charles to the squad car.
Now follow both guys, they will stop after a while and open a door.
Eliminate the threat.
Once the door is open there will be an enemy. Kill him, it doesn’t matter if in stealth or not.
Turn camera off.
After killing the enemy, shoot off the camera.
Escort Bill and Charles to the squad car.
Follow Bill and Charles again.
Find a way to open the door.
Bill and Charles will stop at a door. To open it turn around, go back through the corridor and turn left into the server room.
There are two options here, it doesn’t matter which one you choose. To the right is an option that requires your skill to be leveled.
But right in front of you is an option that doesn’t require a skill.
Return to Bill and Charles.
After opening the door return to Bill and Charles.
Escort Bill and Charles to the squad car.
Just follow them.

Seeker says
If you dont kill anyone and tell the truth you can leave without a fight
RevengeV says
For the Gig if you go through the entire mission without killing anyone (You can do non lethal takedowns and System Collapses) you can convince Dodger to let you leave with the guys alive and he won’t attack you.
Aza says
And if you leave without Dodger attacking you, the Gig is done before you actually exit the garage, and Dodger is still attackable.
Therefore, you can finish the quest peacefully, but still kill Dodger afterward to get his iconic weapon.
I have to admit I am a bit disappointed by the utter linearity of the quest testing here, which reminds me of Polygon walthroughs. I think Powerpyx used to be one of the best websites regarding quest outcomes when CP2077 was released.
