Codex #1 (Exultia) – After punching through the first green cracked wall look to your left.
Rune #1 – Story related, unmissable.
Extra Life #2 – Above the rune you just got there is a ledge you can reach using the pole just slightly further back sticking out of the wall, swing on this to move up to the floor with the extra life.
Toy #1 (Arachnatron) – Right after the above rune, go down the spiral but DO NOT jump down yet, go into the small alcove at the bottom of the stairs where the Soldier was and punch through the cracked wall to find this secret.
Codex #2 (The Wolf) – When you go outside and come to a large statue, turn around and see this codex across the gap (already collected but this is the location).
Codex #3 (History of Sentinels – Part I) – On the upper floor of the room with the rotating platforms, right next to one of the chains you have to break.
Extra Life #3 – Immediately after acquiring the dash ability and you go out the newly opened gate, it is directly below you.
Extra Life #4 – After the cutscene with King Novik, you can find this extra life behind the throne.
Codex #4 (King Novik) – After the cutscene of King Novik, you can find this in an alcove on the right side of the throne room.
Sentinel Battery #1 – Story related, impossible to miss.
Secret Encounter #1 – Once you’ve collected the above battery, turn right and see some pillars in the distance with climbable walls, you should have dash unlocked now so double jump and dash across these to the building on the other side to find the encounter.
Album #1 (At Doom’s Gate) – After going through the portal to the hell area, proceed to the objective where you see a big yellow cracked wall and a giant arm in the middle of the area, turn around and you can punch a large block out of the way to reveal a pathway to this secret.
Extra Life #5 – Behind the above mentioned giant hand you will see a cave entrance and have to walk through some purple ooze, you will see this life when you jump out and climb a wall, you can jump to it from here.
Modbot #1 – In the same cave as the above Extra Life extra life. After walking through the ooze you need to jump on to a wall and off to the site where you’ll land in front of the Modbot. This is the mandatory story path to the Celestial Power Core objective, the Modbot is in plain sight and impossible to miss on your way there.
Codex #5 (History of Sentinels – Part II) – You will see this after climbing up some walls after blasting through the yellow cracked wall, impossible to miss.
Secret Encounter #2 – After collecting the 2nd Celestial Power Core you walk over the sword of a big statue. You can jump off the statue’s sword to find the secret encounter below it.
Sentinel Crystal #1 – About 5-10 minutes after the last collectible when you’ve picked up the 3rd Celestial Power Core and used it on the 3rd Statue in the mission, this Sentinel Crystal will be sitting in a pool of purple goo on the left side of a cave you pass through.
Codex #6 – (History of Sentinels – Part III) – In the area where you have to navigate several platforms and an Arachnatron is shooting you from afar, once you get to the same platform as it and proceed forward a little, you will see this codex on the left.
Slayer Key #1 – After navigating the falling platforms and climbing to an area with 2 gargoyles, turn around and you will see a dash refill in the air, navigate across this gap and you will see the key on a platform ahead.
Slayer Gate #1 + Empyrean Key #1 – From where you found the Slayer Key you can jump off the platform to the purple gate to open it (Slayer Gate). Finish the enemy encounter and it will spawn you the Empyrean Key. Find all six keys in Doom Eternal to unlock the Maykr Device in the Fortress of Doom (Hub Area), which unlocks Unmaykr.
Extra Life #6 – You will come to an area with 2 electricity barriers in the air, the extra life is just beyond the one on the right.
Toy #2 (Cacodemon) – From the last extra life, you can dash on top of a lava stream to find a secret toy location.
Codex #7 (The Betrayer) – This will be in your direct path after a story cutscene with The Betrayer, impossible to miss.
Extra Life #7 – After hopping over some flying platforms with swinging fire traps, it’s found in mid-air below an optional flying platform (just before reaching last area of the mission).
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Exultia of Doom Eternal.

I tried to go back to get secret encounter 1 after unlocker the checkpoint function at the end and you can’t access it, there’s a invisible wall before it
Alex says
I had no problem doing this at the end of the level using fast travel
Irwynn says
There is 7th extra life under one of the floating platforms when you are on your way to the last platform before the exit portal.
PowerPyx says
I’ll check that out shortly, thanks for sharing!
PowerPyx says
The Extra Life has now been added.
Thanks so much for sharing your tip and helping to make this guide better! 🙂
Jakob says
Can confirm the 7th Extra Life under a floating platform to the left, above the lava, right after the cutscene
Phathuff says
There is actually a retro secret in this level. In the first area where you can have to jump on the platform which sink in the lava if you go all the way to right from. The point you walk in there is a door from the first doom which you can interact with and it shoots confetti and says yay! Like when you used to find secrets
Steven says
Don’t know if there were changes due too an update, however there is a secret, a piece of armour, before getting Blood Punch (so before the rune) but after getting the 1st codex piece.
Roughly when you first come across Gargoyles, there’s a breakable wall in the back right corner of the court yard. Doesnt appear too be in this list.
Steven says
There is also a glowing black/blue orb thing just after the arachnatron you, just after you drop down. You need too use the provided low pole to get into the air, and double jump too access it. No idea what it is though.
Steven says
Annnnnd also, before secret encounter 2, but after Codex 5, just when you’re in front of the big gates and have the green ring you need too activate, there is a hole you can drop down into with a breakable wall. Inside the wall is another of those glowing black face ball things.
PowerPyx says
The game doesn’t count these as “collectibles”. It’s a bit odd the way they did it – some in-game locations that give the “Secret Found” popup don’t actually count towards collectibles. This guide only includes the actual collectibles that are tracked in chapter select and needed for trophies / achievements.
