All collectibles in this chapter are listed in chronological order. If you miss anything you can use fast travel when it unlocks at the end of the mission to go back everywhere.
Extra Life #1 – On the bridge at the start instead of progressing to the right, look off the left side to see a boost pad. Land on this to propel yourself over to the platforms on the left where you will first find this pickup.

Mastery Token #1 – Jump to the next platform on the left side to get this token.

Album #1 (WOLF 3D – Get Them Before They Get You), Secret Encounter #1 – Jump to the next platform along on the left side to get this pickup. The Secret Encounter is directly behind the above secret. This secret encounter spawns two Pain Elementals in the distance from where you are. The easiest way to deal with them is to just shoot them with the Ballista.

Sentinel Crystal #1 – After the second combat encounter, look down the hallway to the right instead of progressing to the left.

Codex #1 (Nekravol – Part II) – In the hallway right after combat encounter 3.

Toy #1 (Dread Knight), Secret Encounter #2 – In the hallway just after the above codex through a hole in the wall to find the Toy. A Secret Encounter is directly behind the above secret. This encounter spawns a Hell Knight to your left, and a Cyber Mancubus to your right. Try and take out the Hell Knight first and get a Glory Kill on it if you can to charge Blood Punch, then punch the Mancubus to remove its armor then kill it quick.

Cheat Code #1 (Party Mode) – Do not jump down the tunnel yet, jump to the platform across, then look down in the corner to the right to see a breakable wall, which has this secret behind it.

Codex #2 (Fuel the Eternal Flame – Part II) – On the story path after the 4th combat encounter.

Album #2 (DOOM 2016 – Flesh and Metal) – In the hallway to the left of above Codex is a wall you can break to find this secret.

Toy #2 (Tyrant) – In the room with the three spiked rotating pillars, drop to the lowest level of the ones on either side, then jump to the platform.

Cheat Code #2 (Instant Stagger Mode), Praetor Suit Token #3 – After completing the final encounter, go back to the elevator you entered the area with and drop down to this hallway just underneath the top floor. The Praetor Suit Upgrade Point is in the same hallway as above, farther back.
