This walkthrough will guide you to all Super Gore Nest collectibles in Doom Eternal. If you missed something you can get it via mission select.

All collectibles in this chapter are listed in chronological order. If you miss anything you can use fast travel when it unlocks at the end of the mission to go back everywhere.
Codex #1 (The Hellgrowth – Part I) – In your direct path near the start of the mission, impossible to miss.
Codex #2 (The Hellgrowrth – Part II) – Just ahead in plain sight after killing the first Pinky in the mission.
Modbot #1 – After the previous collectible and climbing up two walls, just around the corner in this room opposite two elevators.
Extra Life #1 – Following the next combat encounter there is a cracked wall on the right of the upper floor, breaking through this reveals an extra life.
Praetor Suit Token #1 – After picking up the extra life some zombies will come out of a hole in the wall just ahead, revealing the token.
Toy #1 (Solider Shield) – In the previous combat encounter room, you will swing on some poles to a higher ledge, turn around and jump to another ledge where the secret is.
Praetor Suit Token #2 – After the next fight and destroying the totem pole, you can find this token in the corner of the area.
Secret Encounter #1 – After picking up the yellow gore key, go back on the portal to the previous area and you can now access the secret encounter here.
Use the rocket launcher (lock-on burst mod is best) or balista on the mancubi, then using whatever else to finish off the weaker enemies quickly.
Rune #1 – Through the yellow key door to the right of grabbing the key, go right again and up the blue vent to find this rune.
Cheat Code (Infinite Ammo) – In the next area with the very large fight, there is a cracked wall at the left side of the main big platform, jump to this and punch/dash through it to find the secret.
Extra Life #2 – From the pedestal where you use the yellow key, drop down one floor and to enter a building. Immediately turn around and look behind you, the extra life is floating in the air.
Sentinel Crystal #1 – Shortly after using the yellow key on the pedestal it’s directly in your path, impossible to miss.
Codex #3 (Super Gore Nest) – After dropping down the elevator, it’s next to the small room with the chaingun.
Sentinel Battery #1 – In the area with the radioactive acid, once you get to the rotating pillar shooting projectiles, go past it and into the small tunnel with more acid to reach the battery.
Secret Encounter #2 – This is directly below the red key, you’ll most likely see it when getting to the key itself.
Use the rocket launcher (lock-on burst mod is best) or ballista on the mancubus and jump down below to finish off the rest of the enemies using the plasma rifle or explosive weapons.
Extra Life #3 – Still in the room with the red key. Go to the platform directly below the red key, where the Secret Encounter was. From there jump on top of a green waterfall (from where the red key is) to find an extra life hidden behind a corner.
Toy #2 (Revenant) – At the bottom of the same acid pool you dropped down to for the secret encounter, just down a short corridor on the right.
Praetor Suit Token #3 – Once you grab the red key, it’s in a newly opened corridor of acid to the left.
Modbot #2 – After activating the first power terminal you will proceed into a new area where you activate a green skull switch, go to the right in this area to find this down a short path.
Extra Life #4 – In an enemy area with a totem to destroy, the extra life is on the path to the totem (impossible to not see it while falling down a tunnel).
Praetor Suit Token #4 – Directly in your path, next to a cube you have to punch as part of the story.
Sentinel Battery #2 – Just after the previous token and you navigate the platforms avoiding the fiery obstacles, to the left after climbing in the building.
Album #1 (Doom III Main Theme) – Next to the green wall you have to punch is an open window and a collectible across the other side in another building, jump on the pole halfway and dash to reach it.
Rune #2 – Punch through the green wall after the last battery, impossible to miss.
Praetor Suit Token #5 – You’ll come to another large area with radioactive acid below, navigate the climbable walls and once you get to the 2nd to last wall, turn around and jump to the token.
Album #2 (Wolf 3D – Wondering About My Loved Ones) – After acquiring the blue key and getting back to the large area where you use all 3 to end the mission, instead go straight forward from where you entered to unlock another blue key door leading to this secret.
Toy #3 (Mecha Zombie) – After the album above you can now unlock the gate blocking access to the blue vent in the center of this area, jump on it, turn around and dash to the platform on the right with this secret.
Slayer Key, Sentinel Battery #3 – Jump back on the blue vent in the center but this time dash directly ahead to the wall, go through this new area, drop down at the end to find a slayer key and battery next to each other.
Slayer Gate, Empyrean Key
In the area where the red colored pedestals are for the keys (red, blue, yellow). Before you enter the keys, turn around to find the Slayer Gate in the area marked purple on the map. Win this Slayer Gate to get the Empyrean Key from it.

There’s another extra life in the red key room, in a tunnel on the same level you enter, directly across from the entrance tunnel.

There’s an extra life you missed. After the impossible to miss extra life when you go down the tunnel and then come back up to the buff totem, after you’ve destroyed the buff totem, there’s a platform ahead with 2 Plasma Rifle ammo and then a platform right after that next to some toppling building. There’s a cracked wall in the toppling building with an extra life inside
