Patriot Acts is a Side Quest in Far Cry 5. This walkthrough shows how to complete this Quest.

Our favorite CIA Agent (and frequent betrayer), Willis Huntley, is back in Far Cry 5 to enlist you for a very important mission. Meet him at the Howard Cabin, just southwest of Rae -Rae’s Pumpkin Farm.

After you talk to him, he will drive you to a location just below the Lincoln Lookout Tower while telling you about the mission. There is a video tape that he needs you to recover from Eden’s Gate, apparently containing sensitive blackmail material. Once you arrive, get out and he will lead you to the base of the tower. There will be multiple lookouts on the tower, but there are several tunnels nearby that you can use to approach without being spotted. If you’ve already gotten Boomer from Rae-Rae’s Pumpkin Farm, it will make this much easier, as he will tag enemies automatically. Work your way up to the tower, eliminating peggies as you go until the tower is secure.
Willis will meet you inside, and use the radio in the tower to lure out an Eden’s Gate VIP who will fly by in a chopper, leading you to the Boyd Residence. Follow the chopper, either by wingsuit or using a nearby ATV to keep up. If you get too far away from the chopper you will fail the mission! The chopper will land and the VIP will get in, leading you to their safehouse at the Sawyer Residence. When the chopper lands, Willis will give you the go-ahead to kill all the cultists. Secure the area, then check behind the house to find a shed with a red star on it. Go inside the shed and there will be a hatch leading to a bunker, and inside on a shelf on the right hand side will be the tape you need. (Also be sure not to miss the perk magazine right above it!)

Willis will meet you in front of the house. Predictably, he doesn’t hold up his end of the bargain, but you do get a nice SMG skin out of it, so… there’s that. Mission accomplished!

How long does Willis take to lure out the VIP? I’ve waited for a couple of minutes, but nothing is happening.
Kill Willis and it will restart, then you come around to his left side when you come back into the shack
Totally stuck. Died when the VIP came out, now I have to run up and get in the truck. But driving controls suck in this game, and I have no where to go.
