Local resident Chica has some alarming news. A crazy artist is human materials and needs to be stopped immediately.
Rodrigo Lecoste is guarded by a total of 6 Elite soldiers; 5 of which are close to him, while the last one is to the south, blocking off the street.
So you’re a sniper? Funny, so am I.
Once the brutes have been dealt with, take care of Rodrigo.
The final radio call to Chica gives a slight twist on the whole story.
