Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has 18 Divine Intel Locations (Summon Crystals). They are part of the 169 World Intel collectibles. Finding all World Intel is required to craft all Materia from Chadley for the Materia Completionist trophy. The Divine Intel is also called Summon Crystals. Each of them lowers the difficulty of the region’s summon materia boss in Chadley’s Combat Simulator. Complete all 3 to unlock a significantly easier version of the summon materia boss in Chadley’s VR Combat Simulator, which makes it easier to unlock the summon materia.
The Divine Intel collectibles are usually found in caves or on top of mountains. Interact with the crystal and you will be shown a series of button presses. Then the buttons disappear and you must input the same button combo with correct timing. These combos get gradually harder with each region.
Nothing is missable, everything can still be completed via Chapter Select which is unlocked after the story. If collecting via Chapter Select it’s best to do everything in Chapter 13 because you have access to everything in the open world at this point.

Grasslands Region
Divine Intel 1: Titan Sanctuary α
Ride down the path to the beach. At the end of the beach path is a cave entrance, inside you’ll find this Titan Sanctuary. It will show you some buttons that you must then remember and press at the correct time.
Divine Intel 2: Titan Sanctuary β
First you must use a Chocobo to swim through the swamp. Look for a broken bridge, you must climb up the ledges on the side of the bridge (see second map image below for climbing point). After the climb turn right to find the Titan Sanctuary.
Divine Intel 3: Titan Sanctuary y
Located in the desert in the far west, in a big cave. You can reach it by riding/walking up the rocks north-west of the divine intel location. Then just keep going south over the rocky terrain until you reach the cave entrance.
Junon Region
Divine Intel 4: Phoenix Sanctuary α
Use the chocobo to climb up the walls that have red arrows on them until you reach the top of the hill. Must have unlocked the chocobo from Side Quest: Stuck in a Rut.
Divine Intel 5: Phoenix Sanctuary β
Approach this location from the south by climbing up the walls using a chocobo. Must have unlocked the chocobo from Side Quest: Stuck in a Rut.
Divine Intel 6: Phoenix Sanctuary y
Exit Crow’s Nest camp through its south exit, then immediately turn left and follow the path downhill along the coast. This leads to a cave underneath Crow’s Nest camp.
Corel Region
Divine Intel 7: Alexander Sanctuary α
You must swim to this through the water to the north-east of where the intel icon is on the map (the north-east side of the mountain it’s in). From there you can swim all the way to the Divine Intel. (becomes accessible in Chapter 7)
Divine Intel 8: Alexander Sanctuary β
Approach the intel location from the north, there you will find a bunch of grappling hooks. Press L2 to use the grappling hooks and swing across to the cave entrance, which will lead to the Alexander Sanctuary. (becomes accessible in Chapter 9)
Divine Intel 9: Alexander Sanctuary y
Approach the intel location from the north-west, where there’s a puddle of water around the mountain. Drive through the water to go uphill, then use the grappling points to swing across to the yellow climbable ledges. This leads to a cave entrance that goes down to the Alexander Sanctuary. (becomes accessible in Chapter 9)
Gongaga Region
Divine Intel 10: Kujata Sanctuary α
Approach this location from the river to the east. Then climb up the rope at the end of the path at the waterfall to reach the Sanctuary.
Divine Intel 11: Kujata Sanctuary β
Approach this location from the south where you’ll find a Chocobo Stop. To the left of the Chocobo Stop is a mushroom you can jump on with your chocobo, this catapults you to the Sanctuary.
Divine Intel 12: Kujata Sanctuary y
Approach this location from the ruins to the north-east. You’ll find stairs leading up, follow the path upstairs all the way until you reach a rope you can climb. Then you reach the Sanctuary on top of the mountain.
Cosmo Canyon Region
Divine Intel 13: Bahamut Arisen Sanctuary α
Approach the location from the east, there’s a chocobo ramp you can fly over to land at a cave entrance leading to the intel.
Divine Intel 14: Bahamut Arisen Sanctuary β
Inside a cave, approach the cave entrance from the south. It’s at the north-east edge of the map. It’s easily accessible when you ride north from Activation Intel 5.
Divine Intel 15: Bahamut Arisen Sanctuary y
You can reach this location by going south from Activation Intel 6 (be sure to unlock Activation Intel 6 first so you can fast travel there).
Nibel Region
Divine Intel 16: Odin Sanctuary α
This requires the chocobo (unlocked from Side Quest: Esoteric Secrets of the Elders). Approach the location from the water to the north. From the water you can swim into a cave. Inside the cave, use the chocobo’s water jet ( ) to fly up to the top of the cave. There you find the Sanctuary.
Divine Intel 17: Odin Sanctuary β
This requires the chocobo (unlocked from Side Quest: Esoteric Secrets of the Elders). Approach the location from the water to the west. Use the chocobo’s water jet ( ) to fly up to the cliff, then drop down into the water cave and fly out the other end. Follow the path to reach the Sanctuary at the end.
Divine Intel 18: Odin Sanctuary y
This requires the chocobo (unlocked from Side Quest: Esoteric Secrets of the Elders). Approach the location from the water to north-west. There’s a wall with some green foilage that you can fly over with the chocobo’s water jet ( ), leading to a cave under the Divine Intel. Follow the cave, then fly up at the end of it to reach the Sanctuary.
Meridian Ocean Region
No Divine Intel in this region.
