There are no difficulty-related trophies, meaning you can do everything on the easiest difficulty. The list looks mostly completion-based with a mix of story trophies, side quests, and collectibles. Overall very similar to the last God of War game. Shouldn’t be a hard platinum.
What are your thoughts on the God of War Ragnarok trophy list? Do you like what you see? Are you going for the Platinum? For all solutions check out the full God of War Ragnarok Trophy Guide & Roadmap.

Looks like the 2018 list in terms of difficulty. I might be in the minority here, but I miss the trophies for beating the game on harder difficulties like in the old God of War games.
Hussein says
I am with you there
Leeroy says
Same here. PlayStation games trophies are mostly ”collect 200 things to earn platinum” now.
Wojciech BeeEyeTee says
I agree with you, that was something amazing – the game was exclusive experience thanks to that. Without trophy for difficulty I will not be motivated to do that just for fun – it was a HARD WORK, but there was a prize! The feeling when I finally defeat last Valkyrie was outstanding – it was HUGE!!!
John says
I never beat GoW III on Very Hard. There was on battle near the end, in the Labyrinth that I found damn near ipossible?
Frankie Drums says
I prefer Sony’s recent trend of offering the Plat for any difficulty and then adding the difficulty trophy as free DLC. I think they should offer non-trophy rewards for the higher difficulties like exclusive avatars or backgrounds.
d3mystic says
Part of why I want a trophy for beating harder difficulties is that I really feel that on easier difficulties you play as the character but on harder difficulties you become the character. I feel it satisfying when I know I am the hardest thing in the game and not the game itself. The other part is that I’ve been spoiled by trophies. I feel kinda empty if I don’t hear the nice ping. Even a DLC difficulty trophy would do as Frankie Drums suggested but I don’t recall if Sony had done this in the past. I know other devs did but not Sony, I think.
Alix says
I would like to know if we win something for finishing the game on gow difficulty (like the shield we get in gow 2018).
Hamza Adenwala says

Mew2Joker says

Beaker says
That will be posted post release
4ipuxa says
Looking forward to the Guide.
All i hope that you do all collectibles video if they arent marked on the map.
Raiin says
Not all collectibles in the last god of war, was needed.
Seems like it’s the case here.
Mike Herman says
I’m not sure if I’m the minority but I detest collectibles. It comes across as just busy work, takes away from the game experience itself
David says
As always many thanks yet again dude. Can you confirm that nothing is missable? Want to avoid everything if possible but don’t want to be locked out due to something silly 🙂
FierceViper82G says
Looks a Easy and relaxing list cant wait too sink a lot of hours into this masterpiece

Looks like an easy Platinum trophy without any missable trophies, just like God of War (2018), which sounds good to me.
Since this is seemingly the final single-player PS4/PS5 game from PlayStation Studios, I’ll take the opportunity to say Sony is greedy for not charging a maximum of £49.99 for the PS4/PS5 standard edition and not including a free PS5 upgrade. It costs £59.99 for the PS4 version and £69.99 for the PS5 version.
