Introduction
Welcome to the Kingdom Hearts 3 Trophy Guide! This is going to be a relaxed platinum without many restrictions. The trophy list is geared towards 100% completion and doesn’t enforce any difficulty-related tasks. Play on whatever difficulty you prefer. There is also free-roam after the story, nothing is missable. You can expect 358 Collectibles (245 Treasures, 90 Lucky Emblems, 23 Classic Kingdom Games) and also 81 Adversaries (enemy types), 9 Star Constellations, and a whole lot of cooking ingredients and synthesis (crafting) materials. These numbers may sound daunting but you can clear a world with 50 collectibles in about 20 minutes when following the Collectible Guide because everything is so close together and easy to reach. You can keep track of everything in the gummi phone which unlocks after beating the first planet. Getting all 358 Collectibles will only take 2 hours with the Kingdom Hearts 3 Collectible Guide.
Step 1: Play through the Story on Any Difficulty, Defeat All types of Enemies you encounter
The first step is simple: just enjoy the game on any difficulty. The only thing to look out for are the adversaries (every unique type of enemy). As you play through the story, don’t just run past half the enemies. Try to be thorough and kill one of each type because it’s needed for trophy “Know Thine Enemy“. There are no difficulty-related trophies and no in-game record for proud difficulty (as was the case in previous games, but not this time). If you want to play on proud, that’s cool. If you want to play on easy, that’s cool too. Choose what feels right – obviously the trophies are easiest on the lowest difficulty. The only difference is that on proud you need fewer Lucky Emblems to unlock the Secret Ending, but we have to find them all anyway for a trophy.
The reason Collectibles are not included in Step 1 is because you can’t get 100% in most worlds on the first playthrough. That’s because some areas are inaccessible on the first visit. After finishing a world everything in it becomes accessible. So if you want, you can replay them right away for the collectibles. You could also follow along the Collectible Guide and get what you can, then do a quick replay to grab the ones you couldn’t access the first time. Or just do it in Step 2. Up to you, however you prefer it!
After seeing the game ending you’ll be asked if you want to save the game. Choose Yes and make a new manual save. This one will have a golden crown icon in your saves list. When you reload this, it will put you back before the final boss and you can keep exploring everything in free roam. Nothing is missable. Battle Portals unlock after the story, too (which contains some new endgame adversaries).
Step 2: Collectibles (Treasures, Lucky Emblems, Classic Kingdom Games, Constellations)
Now that you have beaten the game you have full access to all worlds. If you didn’t replay worlds for Collectibles already, now is the time to do it.
Refer to these guides:
- Kingdom Hearts 3 Collectible Locations Guide (Treasures, Lucky Emblems, Classic Kingdom Games)
- Kingdom Hearts 3 Constellation Locations Guide
Treasures are simply boxes that contain items. Lucky Emblems are Mickey Mouse icons that you must take photos of. Classic Kingdom Games are minigames contained inside Treasure Chests and found in some other places. The Constellations are in outer space, where you fly around in your space ship. After getting all Classic Kingdom Games, be sure to get Highscores on them for trophy “Classically Trained”.
Step 3: Minigame Trophies & Flantastic Seven
Tackle the 4 Minigame-related trophies: Centurion, Festive Dancer, Shield Shredder, Datascraper. Also do the minigames of the Flantastic Seven, see trophy “Flanmeister” for their locations. They were unavailable in the first playthrough but are now unlocked. The hardest thing is the 2nd Flash Tracer Course for Datascraper. Because you must kill lots of enemies quickly, it’s reliant on a high level and good gear. If you have trouble, postpone this until you’re level 99.
Step 4: Schwarzgeist Boss, Gummi Ship Treasures
A small portion of trophies focuses on your Gummi Ship, the space ship you use to navigate the galaxies between planets. In order to challenge the Schwarzgeist boss you need a ship with 200 Speed. The Schwarzgeist is in the Misty Stream Galaxy. He sits in a big green tornado at the center of the galaxy. See trophy “Thermosphere“. After defeating this boss you earn the most powerful ship “Golden Highwind” which will make getting 20 Treasures for the “Salvager” trophy much easier. You earn treasures by defeating gummi ship enemies with A-Rank. The Golden Highwind ship is totally overpowered and guarantees A-Ranks (thus the treasures) on all encounters.
Step 5: Ingredients, Get ‘Excellent’ in all types of Cuisine
You must find all ingredients (Cornucopia trophy) and use them to prepare meals at the Bistro of Twilight Town. Get an “Excellent” score on every type of dish for trophy Master Chef.
Step 6: Ultima Weapon & Synthesist Trophy
To unlock the Ultima Weapon Recipe you need to have found 58 types of synthesis materials, which by this point you will have from all the treasures. The tricky part in crafting it is that you need 7 Orichalcum+ which are the hardest items to get in the game. Refer to trophy Ultima Weapon. You must also synthesize every unique item for trophy Synthesist. This requires a lot of materials which you should have from treasures, but they are also dropped by enemies and from destroying space rocks with the gummi ship.
Step 7: Level 99 & Mop-Up
Odds are you’re already level 99 by now, but if not you can grind out the levels in Battle Gates. The one in Twilight Town at the Mansion fast travel point is really good for farming XP and can be repeated infinitely (gives you around 20,000 XP per minute). If you have any other trophies left, go mop them up now. The only thing left may be the 2nd Flash Tracer Course which is challenging on lower levels. At level 99 it will be much easier to do.

Synthesist Complete the Synthesis section of the Gummiphone. |
||
To complete the Synthesis Section you need to synthesize every unique item available in the Moogle Shop at least one time (including Ultima weapon). This will probably be your last trophy in the game because you need to farm a lot of materials to synthesize (craft) everything. Materials can be farmed by shooting space rocks and are dropped by enemies. You also find lots of them from Treasure Chests which you must find for the “No Stone Unturned” trophy anyway.
There are 88 synthesis items in total. You must first unlock their blueprints. 20 Blueprints are unlocked by doing the 20 Moogle Photo Missions (found at any Moogle Shop). The other 68 come from collecting at least 58 different Synthesis Materials. You can check the progress on those in the Moogle Shop > Workshop > Collector’s Goals. To get the trophy you need an orange mickey mouse checkmark on the “Synthesis” section of the Gummiphone. For a list of all 88 Synthesis Items and their Unlock Requirements, as well as the 20 Moogle Photo Missions, check out the two guides linked below: » Kingdom Hearts 3 All Synthesis Items List & Unlock Requirements |
||
One for the Books Complete the Game Records section of the Gummiphone. |
||
The Game Records section is found in the bottom right of the gummi phone. It tracks some combat-related feats and Minigames. You need to get a Mickey Mouse icon on each category for it to count as completed.
Tall Enough to Ride Use an attraction to defeat enemies for the first time. |
||
You unlock the ability to use attractions during the first world “Olympus”. During combat you will see attractions (among other moves) become available on the left side of the screen and showing you the button prompt to activate. Do this when available and kill an enemy with it. Just using the move isn’t enough, it has to actively kill an enemy. It also doesn’t count if a teammate finishes the enemy, it has to be your doing. Don’t confuse attractions with second form and other special moves. The attractions are big vehicles you can summon, including:
|
||
Heartbound Use a link to defeat enemies for the first time. |
||
You unlock the Link ability at the start of the second world “Twilight Town”. You will get a tutorial for it. Press to select “Link” from your ability list to cast it. You must kill an enemy with it to pop the trophy. For example, the first link ability you obtain is called “Meow Pow Balloon” and will net you this trophy.
Grand Mage Cast grand magic for the first time. |
||
Grand magic is unlocked during the first world “Olympus”. During battle, when using the same magic attack repeatedly you will see purple moves come up on the left side that can be activated with . For example “Waterza” is a Grand Magic move that unlocks this trophy. See the image below of what a Grand Magic move looks like on the screen.
Unlike attractions, team moves, and second form moves which are green, the Grand Magic moves are purple. What makes this slightly tricky is that you must kill an enemy with such a move. Sounds easy enough, but these moves are rarer to trigger than others and often times when you have a low health enemy your teammates will kill them. One way to remedy this is to go to the Customize Menu, select your friends, put combat style to “Hands Off”. However, most likely you will get this from natural gameplay. It took me until the San Fransokyo world (which is near the end of the game) to unlock this. If you don’t unlock the trophy with a Grand Magic you probably didn’t kill an enemy with it. To make the prompt show up use the same type of magic repeatedly on enemies. |

Flanmeister Complete all of the Flantastic Seven missions. |
||
The Flantastic Seven are green blob-like creatures with fruits on their heads. There are 7 of them in total, each in a different world. They only spawn after having beaten the world where they live. So on the first playthrough they won’t be there, they can only be encountered on replay. As soon as you finished the world where they live, you can replay it to find this creature. The image below shows what they look like. The Flantastic Seven give you little minigames / missions. For this trophy you just need to complete them once with any score (you can fail immediately if you want). You don’t need to get a highscore and they don’t have to give you a reward for the trophy to unlock. However, if you get a highscore they give you their fruits, which are needed for All Ingredients (Cornucopia trophy) and All Recipes (Master Chef trophy). Since getting their fruits is mandatory for other trophies you should go at least for a high enough score to get one fruit as a reward. See the link below for their locations and missions. |
||
Salvager Use the gummi ship to obtain 20 unique treasures. |
||
As you advance the story you will reach 3 different galaxies. They are the hub areas that connect the different worlds. You can fly around in space with your gummi ship (space ship).
To see the list of treasures: while flying on your gummi ship press Options-Button > Information > Treasures. You earn treasures from finishing enemy encounters with an A-Rank using your gummi ship. In the rewards screen you will earn the treasure (one per encounter) which has a red gummi ship icon. They will then be added to the treasure list. There are 36 treasures in total but you only need 20. Getting an A-Rank is all about defeating the enemies as quickly as possible. While this may seem hard at first, it’s actually really easy once you’ve defeated the Schwarzgeist (Thermosphere trophy). That’s because defeating the Schwarzgeist unlock the “Golden Highwind” Ship which is insanely overpowered and will make the A-Ranks super easy. After defeating Schwarzgeist you can equip the Golden Highwind. In the Embark screen go to Setup > Main Ship > 2 x > Golden Highwind. Then just go through each galaxy and fly to the enemies marked in red and defeat them all as quickly as possible. Repeat this with all enemies in a galaxy until you got the treasures there. Then move on to the next galaxy. The first galaxy has 10 treasures, the second galaxy has 20, the third galaxy has 6 treasures. |
||
Stargazer Use the gummi ship to find and photograph all the constellations. |
||
» Kingdom Hearts 3 All Constellation Photograph Locations
Thermosphere Destroy the Schwarzgeist, menace of the Ocean Between. |
||
The Schwarzgeist is found in the second galaxy “Misty Stream”. It’s hidden inside the big green tornado in the center of the galaxy. This is the space area where you fly around in your gummi ship. The Schwarzgeist is a big spaceship that you must bring down using your gummi ship. The trouble is, when you try to fly into the tornado it will probably tell you that your ship is not fast enough to infiltrate. You need a gummi ship with at least 200 Speed. The easiest option if you don’t want to mess with the Gummi Editor is to use the Ship “Endymion” which is unlocked by photographing the Endymion Constellation in Misty Stream (see trophy “Stargazer” to unlock it). After you photographed the constellation you press Options-Button > Information > Gummi Missions to redeem the ship. Now you can go back to the World Map > go to Embark Screen > Setup > Main Ship > 2 x > Endymion. This ship has 200 Speed by default and it’s available as soon as you reach Misty Stream galaxy. With it you can challenge the Schwarzgeist right away. Alternatively, if you’re playing on Proud difficulty it’s better to build your own Gummi Ship. You can go to the Gummi Shop and buy blueprints for better ships. Also go to the Gummi Editor and install Movement Gummis such as Rockets that increase the speed. It’s more complicated this way but lets you build a custom ship. Now to the actual boss fight: Be sure to equip the Special Weapon “Repair Kit” (during Embark Screen). It lets you heal your ship every 35 seconds. The Schwarzgeist is vulnerable at its “head”. Focus fire on that. It will summon shields which can be destroyed by shooting them, but they respawn infinitely and I found it better to ignore them and just focus on the boss. When the boss attacks, always use roll evasions. If you’re on low health just keep rolling all the time to avoid getting hit until the Repair Kit has recharged, then heal yourself. This is especially important when it fires rockets and lasers at you. It will take a while but the attack patterns of the boss is always the same and you’ll get used to it quickly. Below is the location of the Schwarzgeist (inside the big tornado): |
||
Centurion Score at least 12,000,000 pts. in Verum Rex: Beat of Lead. |
||
World: Toy Box / Area: Galaxy Toys Main Floor 3F You can only play this minigame after having beaten the Toy Box world for the first time. Then you can fast travel back to this world and go to “Galaxy Toys Main Floor 3F” fast travel point. Go inside the Game Store (the one that has number 999999 on the wall). At the end of the store, in the very center, you can interact with a big game controller. It will have a green highlight on it when you get close and you can press to interact. During your first Toy Box playthrough you will already have played Verum Rex in the video game store, but it didn’t give you a score. Only when replaying this world you can earn a highscore and get this trophy. Strategy: The key to getting 12 million points is to build up one continuous multiplier streak without ever losing it, until the last boss at least. Also use lots of explosive oil tanks to kill enemies as it gives huge “trap kill” and “simultaneous kill” bonuses at the end that net you an extra 2 million points or so. When the match starts, get in the blue Gigas (robot) before you. However, we don’t actually want this blue Gigas. The purple one is much better, its cannon shoots twice as fast. So, boost jump to the left side of the arena in front of you, there’s a purple Gigas (robot) there. Get into that one, it kills enemies much quicker. Now the key is to kill all enemies in quick succession without losing the multiplier. Stick to the left side of the arena where a ramp goes up. There are two explosive oil tanks close together. One is at the bottom of the ramp and one a little bit up the ramp. You should make good use of these! Whenever an enemy is near an oil tank, shoot the tank! These kills give you huge bonus points at the end. It’s also a great way to keep up your multiplier streak and score simultaneous kills. Keep in mind your cannon shots are flying slowly, but just 1 hit is enough to blow up the oil tanks. So just fire a few lasers in the direction of the oil tank when an enemy is there and immediately refocus your fire on another enemy. This way your shots will blow up the oil tank after a few seconds but you can already focus on other enemies in the meantime. Like all minigames it takes a bit of practice. I was able to get close almost 16 million points on my third attempt. You also receive a time bonus at the end that should be worth over 1 million points. |
||
Festive Dancer Score at least 70,000 pts. in the Festival Dance. |
||
World: Kingdom of Corona / Area: The Kingdom Thoroughfare You can only play this minigame after having beaten the Kingdom of Corona world for the first time. Then you can fast travel back to this world and go to “The Kingdom Thoroughfare” fast travel point. Go to the market square where you danced during the story and talk to Rapunzel. She lets you replay the dance, except this time you can earn a highscore! During the story dance you couldn’t earn any points. Strategy: Dance with the townsfolk by pressing when they have a blue circle or when they have a red circle. Then press on the 3 pink circles that appear. Go to the next person, dance with them, go through the 3 pink circles and repeat. If you do it correctly, pressing on the 3 pink circles will give you +3 seconds. Only press the buttons when you’re in the middle of the circle so you do 3 button presses total (1 per circle). If you just mash the buttons it may not give you bonus time. So try not to miss any pink circles and only do one button press per circle. When you take a dancing partner, let go of the left stick for just a moment. It will automatically put you on the path to the next 3 pink circles. If you hold the left stick what can happen is that you press in the opposite direction of where the pink circles appear. The game puts you on the path automatically, but you still need to readjust a little bit with the left stick after the circles have appeared. Do NOT press on the barrels! They cost you way too much time. The goal is to maximize your chain by dancing with as many people as possible and get as many time bonuses as possible. With a 80+ chain you are sure to get 70,000+ points at the end. Dance until there’s only 1 second left on the timer. Then press to make everyone come together for one final dance. Even though time has run out it will let you keep doing this special dance. It will really bump up your chain multiplier and give you another 15,000 points or more. All you do there is press on the blue and on the red circles. Press the buttons when you’re in the middle of the circle, otherwise it sometimes doesn’t count properly if you press too early or too late. |
||
Shield Shredder Score at least 600,000 pts. in Frozen Slider. |
||
World: Arendelle / Area: The North Mountain, Mountain Ridge You can only play this minigame after having beaten the Arendelle world for the first time. Then you can fast travel back to this world and go to “Mountain Ridge” fast travel point. Talk to your friends in front of the ice castle to play the Frozen Slider minigame. Strategy: Slide down the mountain without any crashes, collect as many crystals as you can. The way you get this highscore is by never losing your multiplier. You build up the multiplier by collecting crystals and not crashing. If you crash you lose the multiplier. If that happens, pause the game and retry as there’s almost no way you’ll beat the highscore. If you do the slide without crashing you should get 600,000 points easily. I got it on my first try. I always took the left paths for this and stuck to the ground instead of using the air rails. |
||
Datascraper Get an A rank on both Flash Tracer courses. |
||
World: San Fransoyko There are two Flash Tracer courses. We’ll go through their locations and strategies starting with the easier one. #1 Location – The City, South District: Teleport to the South District fast travel point. When you spawn, look to your immediate left and there will be a tall gate overlooking the streets. On top of that gate you can talk to an NPC to start this course. #1 Strategy (60,000 Points needed for A-Rank): This is all about speed. Don’t take any detours, just get the bare minimum of rings directly on your path and finish as quickly as possible. At the start, don’t bother with the few rings hanging around the poles. Getting these costs you more time bonus points than the rings are worth. On the first enemy group press to smash to the ground during your fall, which will take out most of them. Don’t bother defeating the survivors, just go straight to the rail slide to save time. During the rail slide press to jump between rails and get as many rings as possible. From there drop through all the rings on your path, trying not to miss any, until you land on a big ball. While rolling on the ball, keep in mind enemies killed with it give 500 points. Get all the rings here but also kill the enemies on your path. But don’t waste time rolling back and forth. When you reach the end of the rings with the rolling ball you jump off and run straight up the building, ignoring the turrets, but getting all the rings. In the last section all you do is use airstep + to gather all the rings on your path, while keeping up your speed and not taking too long to aim. My final time was 2:39 which gave me 25,000 points time bonus and 37,050 Data Count for a total of 62,050. #2 Location – On the tall building with blue neon lines around it. There are also some flying objects around the blue neon building, it’s easy to see from afar. Talk to the NPC on the rooftop to start this course. #2 Strategy (75,000 Points needed for A-Rank): This is again geared heavily towards time. Equip a keyblade with high magic stats and also equip accessories that improve your magic stat. During the initial flight section, be sure to get all the rings (you can roll left and right to change directions quickly) and keep shooting at all times to destroy the targets in the sky. When you encounter enemies kill all of them using Thundaga (in Customize Menu assign it to a button shortcut). Also equip Hi-Ether (or normal Ether) to replenish magic. The enemies should die instantly from one use of Thundaga. If you have trouble, level up some more by replaying battle gates after the story. Also equip the high-jump ability (ability menu) so you can get the rings high in the air during the rail slide. On the last rooftop where lots of enemies spawn you can use the carousel attraction to take them out quickly and finish off the rest with Thundaga. |

Dreadnought Fully power up the Leviathan. |
||
World: The Caribbean
The Leviathan is your ship in “The Caribbean” world. You must play this world until you reach Port Royal. There you will unlock ship upgrades as part of the story, by collecting some crabs. After this point you can keep upgrading your ship by collecting more crabs. Crabs are automatically dropped by enemy ships when destroying / boarding them. Just sail across the sea and destroy any ships you encounter. Level 9 is the maximum for the Leviathan. The crabs from enemy ships are automatically collected and added as a sort of “XP” to your ship. It will upgrade automatically after a certain amount of crabs has been reached, you don’t need to select any upgrades by yourself. On your ship there’s a map to check how many crabs are needed for the next upgrade. It took me 1,5 hours total. You can combine this with trophy “True Captain” for sinking 200 enemy ships, which will come automatically on your way to level 9. |
||
True Captain Sink 200 enemy ships in The Caribbean. |
||
World: The Caribbean
This will come automatically on the way to trophy “Dreadnought”. In the Caribbean world simply sail with your ship and destroy every enemy ship you encounter. It took me 1 hour to destroy 200 ships. |
||

Cornucopia Collect every type of ingredient. |
||
Ingredients are found across the worlds, acquired from the Flantastic Seven, and bought from Moogle Shop. More become available for sale as you progress in the story. However, not all of them can be purchased, you still need to find most by yourself. They have a green light on them when getting close enough. Explore all planets carefully to pick up every ingredient along the way and do the missions of the Flantastic Seven (see trophy “Flanmeister”).
Full Course Earn your first “Excellent” while preparing cuisine. |
||
See trophy “Master Chef”.
Master Chef Earn an “Excellent” while preparing every type of cuisine. |
||
The Cuisine is found in “Twilight Town” (2nd world). Go to the Bistro and interact with the front desk. Then a little rat will talk to you and invite you to the Cuisine where you can cook meals. You need the necessary ingredients to prepare the meals. To get a perfect score you must follow the onscreen prompts, each meal has a different minigame tied to it to make it “excellent”.
Muscle Memory Get a new high score in one of the Classic Kingdom games. |

There are 23 Classic Kingdom Games in total. Classic Kingdom Games are found inside Treasure Chests. 4 of them are also from the message board in Twilight Town, next to the Map Chest in the market square. One is also from just finishing the Twilight Town world. Everything else is from Treasure Chest collectibles.
The Classic Kingdom Game Locations are included in the Collectible Guide. Just follow the collectible guide and you’ll get all of them. » Kingdom Hearts 3 All Collectible Locations Guide Summary of Locations:

||
Blademaster Obtain a Keyblade that is fully powered up. |
||
To fully power up a keyblade you must upgrade it via synthesis at a Moogle Shop (Keyblade Forge). Level 10 is the maximum for any keyblade. You find the necessary materials inside Treasure Chests but some ores are also obtained from destroying space rocks with your spaceship. Just get all collectibles and you should have enough materials for synthesis.
Ultima Weapon Synthesize the Ultima Weapon. |
||
Ultimate Weapon is the best weapon in the game, but also the hardest to get.
To unlock Ultima Weapon Recipe: Find 58 Synthesis Materials. This can be tracked in the Moogle Shop under Workshop > Collector’s Goals > Obtain 58 different synthesis materials. To craft the Ultimate Weapon you need 7 Orichalcum+, 2 Wellspring Crystals, 2 Lucid Crystals, 2 Pulsing Crystals. |
||
Leveled Out Raise Sora to LV 99. |
||
Sora is your playable main character. You level up by defeating enemies. The fastest way to do this is by playing battle gates after the story (they only unlock once you’ve beaten the game). After the story you’ll be asked to create a manual save. Be sure to do this, it will then have a golden crown next to it in the saves list. Load this save to be put back before the final boss. Now you unlock Battle Gates all over the planets.
A fast one to farm XP is the battle gate in “Twilight Town” at the “Old Mansion” fast travel point. Here you get around 20,000XP per minute. That’s the best method I could find so far. You can repeat this battle gate infinitely, the enemies always respawn and you’ll be level 99 in no time. |

Thank you so much for your guide!! As usual, it’s fantastic and super helpful 🙂
Just a sidenote from me: I think Cornucopia and Master Chef are glitched because they didn’t pop for me even though I have all ingredients and actually got the keyblade you receive from having an “excellent” on all meals :c

nevermind! just realized that’s because I haven’t done all Flanmeister missions yet and there’s a “specials” section in the menu I didn’t do so far… my bad!!
Big dogg says
You probably didnt make the meals that you can acces by pressing r2 in the bistro. Those are all ingredients from the flantastic seven. I just got the keyblade as well no trophy. But i knew i still needed to make 3 of those other meals and there was the trophy
Big dogg says
Sorry didnt see you already found out :p
Ryumoau says
Thank you so much for this early trophy guide. I’m so happy to see everything can be gained with an easy playthrough. :D
Nilo says
So there are no trophies to do with post-game, secret bosses (apart from the Schwarzgeist of course)?
Nightsirk says
Thanks fellow. Nice guide!
Gerson says
thanks for your guide as always bro.
some questions here:
How hard is the hardest mode of this game compared with the hardest mode of all the others kh?? Can i change the difficulty at any time?
Jomke says
Hi it would be helpful to know the points you need for the Flanmeister trophy, i just did the at olympus and got a price of 1x food item every time i got above 15k, but after 2 h trying i twice got 20k points and got alot more, 3 food items and 1 unique one ( i think it was a skill) .
Bit of clarification needed i think cause maybe you get even more at 25k ?
PowerPyx says
I’m still working on that description, will have a video and additional info later today.
banditus says
I’ve gotten over 40k in some of them, you don’t get any more rewards above that 2nd tier where you get the 3 fruit and a skill.
For all but one of them (strawberry I think you can get it with like 18k for some reason) you need at least 20k to get the 3 fruit and the skill.
Jared O. says
You’re the best PowerPyx! Thanks for the hard, hard work to put this guide together. ❤️
ADAY says
I’ve got a question do you think there will be any DLC trophies for Kingdom hearts 3
PowerPyx says
They said they might do some sort of DLC but no season pass. Whether it will have trophies is unclear and I could only guess at this point. If it’s a bigger DLC then probably yeah.
Brando S says
Thanks so much for you amazing guide.
I have a few questions about the gameplay.
Is there an option to switch into Japanese audio even though the game is English version?
I was wondering if normal difficulty is challenging or it is quite easy?
Can you alter difficulty level during the game?
Thanks so much in advance.
Aero_X_999 says
You can’t change the diffculty during the game. The diffculty is locked once you start the playthrough.
dj batfink says
Nice Guide.
Quick question about the save system.
Does the game auto save when you find a collectable, or do you have to re-find if you die? Thanks
heeyas says
As far as I know you have to re-find it, there’s no autosave unless you’re in a big boss battle but that’s from my experience from the older KH games.
Killbomb says
Glad to see nothing is missable after the mess that is Resident Evil 2’s list.
Stephen Rosato says
The flans are all available before you beat the game except cherry in Olympus you have to beat Olympus first.
CloudStrifeNL says
While playing I visited the Flan locations before I finished the world and they weren’t there. So you don’t have to beat the game but the world before they appear on it.
ZexionPonty92 says
I think there is an error in the guide about Schwarzgeist.
This boss isn’t in the giant sand sphere in the first gummiship map, but he is in the giant windy tornado in the second map.
To get to him the speed of the gummiship must be even more that the amount required for the sand sphere, i think mine was about 200 when I entered in the tornado.
Schwarzgeist does not appear as an heartless icon when near the tornado, like any other gummiship enemy, but the tornado is very visible in the centre of the map.
PowerPyx says
You are right, it should have been 2nd galaxy not 1st galaxy. I fixed this now. Thanks for leaving a comment about this and helping to make the guide better 🙂
Joshua Moreno says
Any tips on the Gummi Ship part? Seems like I can’t find any of the pieces needed for any of the good ships. I’m struggling with this fight & still need to fight in the Eclipse for my final Orcahium +, no idea what to do in space with the ship besides fighting & I can’t tell the difference if I fought them before. I’m level 72 now & not even close to being able to beat Schwarzgiest. Got him down a couple bars but it takes about a 1/2 hour cause my ship sucks(lvl 4 highlander)
Stefan says
Make a photo of the Endymion constellation in the Misty Stream galaxy, then go to info>gummi ship missions in the menu to receive the ship, Joshua. It’s very good against Schwarzgeist. And don’t forget to equip the special gummi ship weapon that heals you.
Andrew says
for the 2nd tracer race thing, i was able to do it after a few tries at level 40. Just spam thundara for enemies over and over and stock on ethers. Use thundaza when it pops up to clear areas.I got an A rank with 77,950
heeyas says
I can’t go to the final world after finishing the story, the portal isn’t there for me
PowerPyx says
Are you looking on the right side of the Badlands? Cause from the Badlands fast travel point in The Keyblade Graveyard you can go two ways and both areas look identical (one has a blue battle gate, the other path as a blue and red battle gate). Each side looks like a big crater so you may need to look at the other crater.
heeyas says
yes, my bad. I just realised I had to go to the other direction. omg….
Varieus says
The Second Flash Tracer course in San Fransokyo is 75,000 for A I believe. I just got 76,700 and got A.
Also was level 43, just used Simba in the first enemy fight spamming circle all over the place, ran forward on Simba to get the first rings that appear then ran back and used Shotlock jump thing to go up on the highway and continued from there.
In the second fight I got the Attraction against the small heartless, summoned Simba again and used finish instantly to kill them all.
Then got to the top of the building for the third fight as fast as possible and got to the middle of the building and used the attraction to kill everything (had roughly 5 seconds left to use the attraction as I had a time length ability on.)
I let the attraction run its full course with an attraction length ability. (Different ability than above.)
Final time was 3m 18s with 60,700 and got 16,000 for speed ending at 76,700.
Izumrud says
Just Finished the 2nd Flash Tracer with 75500 points and got an A
had 58500 in data and 17000 time bonus
At lvl 47 Thundaga with maxed out Ice-thngy keyblade kills most of the enemies in 1 hit.
Joshua says
Is anyone else having trouble getting the classically trained trophy. I have all 23 games and I have the high score on all of them. I dont know why its not giving it to me. Please Help!!!
Dalton Gauman says
Make sure each game has a Mickey mouse emblem on it, I know for the backyard sports one you have to finish each sport in that game to get the competition.
Joseph Farnsworth says
I finished the Monsters Inc world and my trophy didnt pop. Anyway to fix this without a new playthrough?
Joseph Farnsworth says
Update: Idk why it glitched but it gave me the trophy after completing the game.
DT_IRusT says
I Got 79300 Points by the second Tracer run, so i guess u get an A @ 78-79 K
ThatBoddyDoe says
Hey man, just did the second Flash Trader course and unlocked the trophy. I hit 76000 so you were JUST shy. Feel free to email me if ya need proof, but I’m guessing the trophy is 75,000 threshold. Thanks for your work on this guide too, massive help!
banditus says
I got A rank in the second Tracer run @77550. So it’s probably, 75k. I found that using thundaga with high magic stat worked to clear as fast as possible, I also used a high ether to be able to replenish magic for the last mob.
Jordan says
Could we get a list of everything you need to craft for the synthesist trophy?
Im pretty sure i have everything made at least once but no trophy, unless im missing something for the craftable list.
PowerPyx says
Yeah I’ll put that up tomorrow.
RKZ says
Did you do all the photo missions? They unlock new recipes.
PowerPyx says
Those just went live now (linked in overview at start of trophy guide and under Synthesist trophy).
JLim says
you only need 70k points for the 2nd tracer course. also, its very easy, you dont need to lvl up to 99 to do this course. Just spam thundaga, use thundaza when it comes up, then use hi ethers to replenish mp to full. managed to do the course after 3 tries.
Brian Farmer says
Pretty sure it’s 75k. I came in at 74900, got a B rank. At 76000, got an A rank.
Veglucas says
For the grand mage trophy, you don’t need to kill an enemy, I killed a bunch and was wondering why it never popped, used the same grand magic move fireza, but with fire cuffs on Sora. I didn’t even hit an enemy I just shot it into a wall and it popped as soon as I equipt it and used the move. Seems they worded this trophy poorly.
Hawkwind667 says
Is Master Chef missable? As you can only get one of the ingredients from each of the 7 flan enemies. If you don’t get an excellent on your first try cooking with that ingredient then you can get the ingredient again, so it would be missable.
PowerPyx says
It’s not missable, you can replay the flan minigames to get more fruits from them (infinite).
ace 1 says
datascraper is 75k
Yosh says
for salvager im not sure what im supposed to break, or collect woth the gummi ship. should i look for purple crystals or what? i also opened all of treasure spheres so it cant be that
Yosh says
never mind i got it by opening the information tab :/
Chris Porter says
im having trouble with this. What am i meant to be opening. I only see 3 gold spheres in each galaxy
Felix Rukai says
Hi, how hard is the egg cracking minigame for you? I absolutely HATE the egg cracking minigame for the Master Chef trophy and I also hate the Cherry Flan minigane despite putting up with it. I feel like the egg minigame is the worst in the game.
Chris Porter says
Hi. Any chance of a guide for each material and where to find them?
PowerPyx says
I was thinking about it but 90% of them would just say “random enemy drop / from space rocks”.
There are only a handful of unique ones which you get by doing the Battlegates and collecting the 7 Orichalcum+.
Simply put: To get all materials you just do all battlegates after the story, then farm enemies inside the battlegates for random drops and shoot stuff in space with gummiship. It’s really random for most materials.
Namae says
You are a godsend in the gaming community. Can’t not appreciate what you do. Thanks a bunch!
Also, you ever consider a dark mode for the website? It would be awesome for those late night game-n-guide sessions. Nonetheless, awesome stuff man!
Tre says
Hey, I’m having issues with the cast a grand magic trophy. I’ve killed an enemy with it and still nothing. In monstropalis. Any suggestions?
Letum says
You don’t actually have grand magic until you unlock the -aga level spell. The only way you can get it earlier is the section where you play as riku
Tre says
Letum, thank you! I was getting irritated that it wasn’t popping. Just need to be patient.
Evilb1ll says
Equip Sora with a gourmet ring for master chef. It has an ability to get excellents easier. Definitely helped me.
Iqbal says
I need help for shotlock completion,. I already use all of the shotlock comand but the mickey symbol not appearing,. Is it a glitch?
Use more than 2 for every shot lock
andre says
How do I unlock the badlands in Kingdom Hearts.
Adventure through San Fransokyo and complete the story.
daarna
Adventure through The Caribbean and complete the story.
maar nu kan ik niet naar de world map.
Devin Gomez says
I got excellent in all the chef recipes and the masterchef trophy didnt pop anyone one know why
Redd says
As far as grinding out exp for 99, from what I’ve seen, battlegate #1 in Olympus is by far the quickest way to grind. The amount of enemies that spawn during it vastly dwarf the amount that spawn in Twilight Town battlegate. Just eat either a full course that gives an exp bonus or prize proliferator. I chose the latter because it allowed me to spam the ultima keyblade shotlock without the need to stop for a refocuser pop. And since there’s no boss spawn in this one, it all comes down to how fast you can clear the room. So either spam ultima shotlock or aeroga/aeroza, and this room will take less than 30secs (depending on your current lvl/stats).
Zeekachu says
for the trophy Dreadnought, there is a fast way to level up the ship.
fast travel to Confinement Island, there you will find barrels full of crabs ( about 190 crab ) then fast travel to the same island again and they will respawn again and keep reacting the same thing.
BodyChipper says
Tip on Muscle Memory
For any minigame that is baed on score only, simply get any points greater than 0 and die to record a high score, then exit
For any minigame that is based on staged, get to stage 2 then exit
For any minigame that requires a score to reach the next stage, same as above.
This is the only way to register a “high score” for each game. You don’t have to play beyond these points though.
Devin says
I’ve conpleted the world and none of Hiro’s companions are in the garage for me to begin the flash tracer courses. Ideas?
Baallove says
They are outside in the north and south district on some rooftops, not in the garage
BodyChipper says
For Centurion, your video shows using the first mech suit to reach the purple one. I kept getting in the 11-11.5 million range. What helped me was to instead dash to the purple one after jumping down to the ground. It takes an extra 10 seconds, but if you can keep that suit alive for the entire round, you’ll net an extra 2,000,000 points for using only one bot suit and that helped push me over the edge.
Your guide has been a great help overall and I just got the platinum at the 52 hour mark.
Joshua Moreno says
I’m almost done with everything. Just need the stupid synthesis trophy. Any tips on gets the rarer items like Frost Crystal, Wellspring Crystal, Pulsing Crystals?
PhantomFear94 says
I have every collectible, all 20 treasures, and I’m still haven’t earned the blueprints for 55 or 58 different synthesis items…any advise?
PhantomFear94 says
To be clear, the “salvager achievement”. I’ve done Steps 1 – 4, and looking ahead to 6 I wouldn’t be ready as it says I should be.
Crooked Hat Man says
Unfortunately, the Festive Dancer recommendation above led me astray and I had far more issues trying to keep my time up than just doing the sunwheel twice. Using this method I got over 100 chain on my first try. youtu.be/3bWs9x2ESX8
