Introduction
Welcome to the Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Trophy Guide! You play as Sargon, one of Persia’s legendary warrior defenders, in pursuit of a prince named Ghassan and his kidnappers who took him. The gameplay is a mix of Metroidvania with fighting and platforming sections. Not all collectibles can be reached on the first visit, many require story progress to unlock the required abilities. The trophies are pretty straightforward with no missables and you can do everything on Easy. There’s free roam after the story so you can still do any remaining Side Quests, Collectibles, and Trophies.
Step 1: Finish the Main Story [10 Hours]
Play through the Main story first, this will unlock all areas and abilities. Many of the collectibles aren’t accessible on the first visit because they require more story progress. Grab what you can during the story, then for the rest you can backtrack after the story. There are also 9 Side Quests, they become available as you advance through the world or talk with characters. Some areas are gated behind story progression. You also unlock some collectibles from story bosses. Before the endboss it will warn you of a Point of No Return but this only temporarily locks you into the final story section, afterward you can free-roam again.
There are 9 Main story quests total:
- Lost In Mount Qaf
- The Abducted Prince
- The Tiger and The Rat
- The Path to the Sand Prison
- The Darkest of Souls
- The Celestial Guardians
- Return to the Past
- Father and Son
- The Crossroads of Time
Step 2: Finish All Side Quests, Puzzles and Collectibles [15 Hours]

- 9 Amulet Holders – Glory of Faravahar

- 30 Soma Tree Petals – Elixir of Gods
- 9 Mystery Chests – for Side Quest: The Architect ( Charitable Soul)
- 8 Lost Warriors – for Side Quest: The Lost Warriors ( An Honorable End, A Warrior’s End)

The Maneater Defeat the king of beasts |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
The King of Beasts “Jahandar” is the first main boss you will encounter at the end of the first Main quest, Lost In Mount Qaf. He is a large Manticore who has various attacks and has two phases to the fight. He doesn’t move particularly quickly, but his attacks are strong and he attacks from the air. In the first phase he uses his large sting to pin you to the ground. Avoid this when it is incoming (large red glint from his face) and attack him and his sting straight away with sword attacks, arrows and any Athra Abilities, once your Athra meter is filled. His other attacks are a large sweep with his front paws which can knock you back, and a ground pound from the air, so again jump and dodge these and hit back with sword attacks and arrows. The second phase begins when his health is about halfway down and he jumps onto a pillar in the arena. He will jump from the air and land where you can get some quick attacks in. He will then summon a purple orb that will move across the screen and send a laser down to attack you, ignore this and keep attacking Jahandar. The orb is present for the whole of the second phase, keep out of its path, just concentrate on attacking. Finally a cutscene will ensue and Jahandar will be defeated. Upon completion you will be rewarded with a valuable item – Soma Tree Petal. This increases your overall health. From this area, head right and into the next area and collect the blue feather which gives a new Athra ability – Rush of the Simurgh. |
||
The Forest Trespasser Defeat the otherworldly queen |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
Kiana “The Forest Queen” is the second main boss in the game. Following the introduction cutscene, the fight starts with an attack from Kiana who is riding a wolf called Chamrosh and he comes from the middle of the screen. You can avoid this by moving to the left or the right of the screen, just look out for the red glint in his eyes as an indicator of the incoming attack. This fight is quite fast paced with various attacks coming at you in different forms. Firstly look out for an attack where Kiana rushes across the screen from left to right and vice versa. You can’t block this, so you must jump in the air and avoid it as best you can. Once Kiana is at either side of the screen she will throw a spear that spins towards you. Avoid this and then attack her/Chamrosh. Once you damage Kiana enough, Chamrosh will jump into the air and you will be taken to an area that is in redness and Kiana will summon duplicates of herself from the air, that will rush across the screen from left to right damaging you on impact. These can be tough to avoid and can deplete your health quickly, so avoid the attacks as best you can and attack Kiana (in blue) who is always in the middle of the screen. Once you have damaged her enough, you return back to the area where the boss fight started. The same attacks will be present here again with the spinning spear attacks and rushing across the screen, be prepared and look out for new explosive pods that Chamrosh drops. Use your arrows here to explode these to avoid extra damage and keep attacking Kiana. Again Chamrosh jumps in the air and you are taken to the area in redness where Kiana attacks you with duplicate enemies. Look out for the same attacks as previous and damage Kiana at every opportunity using sword attacks, arrows and Athra Surge is charged. Finally you end up back in the wooded area and need to repeat your efforts to take Kiana down. The only addition to this phase is that she leaves Chamrosh for a short time and is on one side of the screen and he is on the other. Avoid her spinning spear and Chamrosh’s fire spit and keep attacking, using Athra abilties and replenishing your health as you go until Kiana is defeated. Upon completion you will be rewarded with a valuable item – Soma Tree Petal. This increases your overall health. From this area, head left and into the next area, follow the path to the objective marker and collect the blue feather which gives a new Athra ability – Dimensional Claw. |
||
Snake in the Sand Defeat the banished god |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
Azhdaha is a large snake located at the bottom of the Pit of Eternal Sands. You need to break two seals first at the top of the pits void which is part of the main story quest line. Then once opened, you can drop all the way down to the ground where the boss fight starts straight away. Azhdaha stays central to the screen at all times and apart from his head and tail, which come towards the screen to attack you. He bites, swipes his tail and spits fire and orbs at you throughout the fight. His bite attack and spit beam are unstoppable attacks, so avoid these by jumping, dodging and using Shadow of Simurgh ability to move quickly out of the way. Use your swords, bow and Athra abilities to damage the boss when the opportunities present themselves during the fight and Azhdaha’s head is low to the ground. He also summons heat-seeking venom spikes that home in on you. Using your dimensional claw power, you can capture these and throw them back at him. Press to do this and then aim with the hold . Later the fight changes and new attacks are introduced. A tail spike comes up from the ground and launches purple spikes at you and if you get caught in Azhdaha’s bite he ports you into the air and fires a large beam into the sky, which sends you crashing down to earth. This can damage you somewhat, so keep an eye on your health to avoid dying early. Keep on the offensive and as you damage the boss further, his attacks become more frequent, but by now you will have understood his pattern, avoid these attacks and eventually you will down the snake and pop the trophy. Upon completion you will be rewarded with a very useful power Gravity Wings. This allows you to double jump by pressing whilst in the air. |
||
Fists & Arrows Defeat the artful legend |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
Up next in the story is the boss Menolias the archer. He is very quick and aggressive, so you need to stay on the offensive with him and try not to create too much distance between you and him. His attacks include firing a series of large yellow arrows from the air, a large swooping red arrow, and small orbs. You can parry ( ) the yellow arrows to counter his salvo and interrupt him. The yellow sparkles can be hit before they hit you, so use this to your advantage. One attack he throws at you is he fires an arrow to the sky and for around 10 seconds a series of red arrows from all directions rain down on you, avoid them and get straight back to attacking Menolias. His strongest attack, which is an Athra ability you learn, is a series of punches that cause significant damage if you get hit. Finally you should be able to overpower Menolias and eliminate him and get an + prompt which finishes the fight. Upon completion you will be rewarded with a new Athra ability – Rashnu’s Judgment. This ability is Menolias’s ability he used on you in the boss fight and is very useful against all attacks, including unstoppable ones. |
||
The Storm Master Defeat the mighty master |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
The fifth boss you will encounter is Orod. He is located in the Raging Sea area which is at the map’s very far right where a star constellation is you need to progress the story. Orod is a big heavy warrior with a double-ended staff. His attacks are strong and he is fairly quick, so be ready for moving quickly around the deck of the ship you are on. He will launch some strong ground attacks and a spinning staff from the air. Partway through he breaks his staff in two and turns it into dual weapons on chains. He now has a variation of spinning attacks, whirlwind attacks which pan from left to right and an animated strong attack which if he catches you is unavoidable and causes a bit of damage. Use your weapons and Athra Surges to damage Orod and take him down fairly quickly. Once you have downed Orod, you will receive a new Athra ability – Bahamut’s Rage. |
||
The White Lion Defeat the vengeful prince |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
Vahram is the next boss you will be facing and can be quite a challenge with his strong attacks and powerful abilities. There are two Sargons in this, based on how the story is panning out, but you only control one of them. Once the duplicate Sargon is taken out, you need to attack Vahram solo. The fight ramps up here with attacks ranging from teleportation from the ground and air, ground slashes, laser beams, shields and very fast attacks one after the other. Be aggressive in your attack and try and keep up the pace with Vahram utilising parry, sword and bow attacks and when your Athra Surge ability is at max, use this to damage Vahram further. His animated attack can take up to two health bars off you, so be mindful of health throughout the fight and ensure it doesn’t cost you, should you be caught by it. Eventually you will defeat Vahram and a cutscene to progress the story will ensue. This unlocks a new power “Fabric of Time”, it allows you to traverse over big gaps latching on to anchor points in the air. |
||
King of Kings Defeat the king |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
The penultimate boss is King Darius. This fight takes place in the Tower of Silence and will see you having to utilize your newly acquired power “Fabric of Time”. Darius despite his appearance is slow in his movements, but his attacks are powerful and he uses ice blasts as a form of freezing you and causing you damage. If you get frozen, quickly press any button to wriggle free and break out of the ice. Use the Fabric of Time power ( ) to zip to the anchor points in the air and keep moving in between them to avoid the ice below. When possible, attack Darius swiftly and consistently until he requests fire powers and then becomes more powerful and quicker, using fire from the ground and air to his advantage. Here you must use the anchor points in the air again and attack Darius in between the fire attacks. He will lunge from left to right, up and down slamming his sword into the ground, causing frost and fire damage and his animation attack sees him throw a glowing orb at you that launches a beam and you into the air causing damage. Like earlier use the environment to your advantage and be as offensive as possible to eventually take the king down. With Darius defeated you receive the Key of Kings which is a piece of Darius’ sword and the key to King Darius’ Palace, required for the final boss fight and ending to the story. |
||
The End of Time Defeat the god prince |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. Note: All attacks can be blocked except Unstoppable Attacks triggered with a Red Light above their head so keep a look out for these and avoid them.
The game warns you of a point of no return before commencing to the end game. This will temporary lock you into playing the rest of the story, but afterward you can still free-roam and go back everywhere, so don’t worry. The final boss once again pits you against Vahram. This time he is much stronger and a considerable foe to deal with, with some pretty powerful attacks that will deplete your health drastically. The fight has 4 phases so you will need to be as prepared as possible before taking him on ensuring you have your abilities, health upgrades and weapons set accordingly to your play style. Even on Easy, this boss can be pretty challenging. Phase 1 Vahram starts in the air as he now has wings and launches fireballs, fire beam and arrows at you, so jump up and fire arrows back at him, striking him with your swords when you get the chance. He will eventually sit in the middle of the screen, just above the ground in a polygon type orb, you must quickly smash this to break him out of it, avoiding the incoming ring of energy that he emits towards you. Rinse and repeat the cycle until the second phase begins. This happens when you deplete all of his health. Phase 2 Now Vahram has a sword and begins with fast swinging attacks and a spin attack that come at you quickly, so try to dodge, parry and hit him with your own attacks at every chance you get. He will teleport a lot, so be mindful of this and stay as offensive as possible hitting him with arrows and sword slashes. Take him down and be ready for the next phase. Phase 3 The third phase of the fight has Vahram appear twice on either side of the screen. He will shoot fireballs from both sides. Once you have avoided these and dealt some damage, two anchor points will appear on screen and Vahram will hover in between them both. You need to use your Fabric of Time power ( ) to latch on to these and attack Vahram when possible, trying to avoid the moving yellow orbs he creates around him. These will home in you, try and dash away from them quickly. The next sequence of attacks are silhouettes that Vahram shoots across the top of the screen. These fall like shards, damaging you on impact. Quickly shift to the side of the screen where Vahram is and jump up and attack him quickly. He then teleports and drops these silhouettes down one by one from the center of the screen, dodge them and proceed to fight Vahram. Rinse and repeat this process until his health is fully depleted, avoiding his dash attack and laser line cast. Phase 4 Shortly after the cutscene, the last part of the fight is pretty intense, with Vahram throwing all attacks you have encountered in the previous three phases at you in one hit. Fortunately, you are now much quicker and stronger and should take Vahram down a little quicker than the previous phases of the battle, as well as knowing what his attacks look like. Again, like before try and dodge the laser casting, screen dash and silhouette attacks. |

To equip an ability, select Athra Surges from the tree menu and select one by pressing and choose slot 1 or 2 where you want it to be placed. ||
To reach the ghost ship you will need to unlock the power Fabric of Time. It is unlocked by defeating the 6th main story boss “Vengeful Prince (Vahram)” in Main Quest 7: Return To The Past.
The power is like a lasso that allows you to grab distant elements and pull them towards you or propel yourself towards them. To access the area where the ghost ship is you need to pass through Soma Tree and then into the Hidden Village. From here follow it through to the right and parkour past all the obstacles which will require you to use the Fabric of Time ability to navigate through pit spikes and falls. You will eventually come to an area called The Lighthouse. Advance to the top of the platforms where you can purchase a map of the area. From here keep right and allow yourself to fall. In this area there is a part called “The Haven” where a Wak-Wak tree, Combat Training and Traders are located. The Citadel elevator is located to the left of these. The Citadel elevator runs up to the Upper City, down to the Lower City and then to The Depths. You need to find a trader called The Scrapper who is located in the Depths, not far from the Citadel elevator to buy The Lost Key from him. He sells equipment for a currency called Xerxes. The Lost Key costs 3 Xerxes. Xerxes are single golden coins you can find hidden throughout the various areas of the world (also required as part of the collectible trophies) and also obtained from a trader called The Mage in The Haven (Lower City). She only sells two and once sold out, doesn’t sell anymore. This key provides access to a hidden floor in the Citadel elevator. The secret floor is located one lift level up from The Depths (from The Scrapper’s location). As soon as the lift heads up it stops at the hidden floor area, head right into the next area, as soon as you head into the next room, the trophy pops immediately. |

Patch 1.03 fixed this if starting from a new save. However, it doesn’t fix it retroactively, if you got this bug on an existing save before Patch 1.03 you’ll have to start a new save and replay the game. If you start the game after Patch 1.03 it should be fine.*
There are 9 Side Quests in the game:

||
Betrayal Eliminate an enemy with the Dimensional Claw |
||
The Dimensional Claw power is an automatic story unlock. You get it shortly after defeating the 2nd main boss Kiana “The Forest Queen” and advancing to the next objective to collect the blue feather. The Dimensional Claw allows you to open a rift in reality which sends a captured item/enemy into a parallel dimension and back again.
When near an enemy, press to open a rift and capture them. Hold and release while aiming with to release the enemy. The best enemies to use are the flying enemies, such as hawks or eagles as they are small and can be killed with another enemy on impact. Once you successfully capture and kill another enemy using this power, the trophy will pop. |
||
Natural Resources Collect 5 ores |
||
For this you have to collect 5 Azure Damascus Ingots, a resource that’s used to upgrade your weapons. There are more than 5 of these throughout the game. | ||
Shock Trooper Eliminate 20 enemies with an opportunity attack |
||
For this trophy you need to use the parry button when an enemy is ready to attack you. You will be prompted for this attack when you see an enemy have a yellow glint as they start to come at you. As soon as the enemy is right next to you and about to attack, press and you will parry and counter their attack which results in a short animation where the enemy is eliminated. Do this 20 times and the trophy will pop.
A good place to go for this trophy is in the Sacred Archives where there is an enemy with a large mace weapon who swings it at you and then charges you. This attack can be parried and will count towards the trophy. You can familiarize yourself with the parry move at Artaban’s training camp, located in The Haven. |
||
An Honorable End Defeat a Lost Warrior |
||
There are a total of 8 Lost Warriors, they are all needed for the “The Lost Warriors” side quest (started in Lower City, from Dying Ardashing). For this trophy you just need to defeat any one of them, which you will do automatically as part of the side quest.
» Prince of Persia The Lost Crown – All Lost Warrior Locations (The Lost Warriors Side Quest) |
||
All the Time in the World Earn 10,000 Time Crystals |
||
Time Crystals are scattered all over the map and can be collected by smashing them with your swords or arrows. Enemies and breakable ceramic pots drop them too.
There is an amulet called Ecbatana Seal which allows you to autocollect shards as they drop from a distance so you don’t have to run up to them. This makes it a little easier to collect crystals as you traverse through the game. You get this from a trader called Kaheva the Blacksmith at Kaheva’s Forge. This is cumulative, so you will earn this trophy naturally as you play through the game. You don’t need to hold 10,000 at the same time, you can spend them and it still counts towards the trophy. |
||
Air Dancer Eliminate 30 enemies in the air |
||
This trophy requires doing 30 kills in the air. It counts on airborne enemies (such as eagles, bats and spirits) and also from launching enemies up in the air via your sword attacks.
For it to count both you and the enemy must be in the air at the time of the kill. |
||
Deadly Trap Eliminate 5 enemies by throwing them into spikes |
||
Pit spikes, wall and ceiling spikes are present throughout the game’s various biomes. You need to throw enemies into them and have them die from impact for a kill to register. Do this 5 times total.
One way of doing this is knocking enemies off platforms into spikes. The image below shows an easy farming spot. Where the cursor is on the map is an enemy which respawns after interacting with the tree nearby. Above the enemy are thorny spikes. You just need to air attack him into them. Rinse and repeat. |

For the bugged side quest trophy: is it possible to save and reload to do the side quest again ?
PowerPyx says
There are no manual saves in-game, but you can make a backup to PS+ Cloud (PS5) / USB (PS4) before the quest. If it bugs you can copy back your save from Cloud/USB and retry.
SensaiGaia1 says
I’m looking forward to completing the platinum. Hopefully the quest doesn’t bug out for me as I aim to make it my 1000th platinum ????
PhantomFear94 says
Thanks for this guide. How did you find it? Was surprised by how good the critical reception was for a Ubisoft title (87 on OpenCritic).
Ashbo says
The game is very good, cool level design and boss fights which are a nice challenge even on the lower settings. The platforming can be tricky in parts but patience and a bit of memory muscle will see you through, especially ‘The Impossible Climb’ side quest and some areas in the Pit of Eternal Sands.

Encountered a bug where the purple gem used to open the door on the way to Haftorang went at the top of the platform. It didn’t reset to it’s original location.
I can’t go there anymore. 🙁
Andy says
The Charitable Soul trophy is bugged but not for just one mission. I’ve completed all the side quests and still won’t pop… Idk if you also have to clean all the collectibles to unlock it, but it doesn’t seem to work for me…
Nikki_boagreis says
Sorry for posting this here, will you be doing a guide for Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth, i used the guide for Like A Dragon The Man Who Erased His Name and got the platinum.
PowerPyx says
Yep, will have a guide for it 🙂
AChannel says
Deadly Trap trophy is not tracking my kills. I’ve thrown dozens into spikes and still nothing.
Ashbo says
This does seem random as to what classes as a ‘throw’. When I popped the trophy, it was actually for knocking an enemy off a platform on some spikes below, which was by accident. You could try this and see if it pops it?
I trapped and threw many a small enemy into spikes using the Dimensional Claw but the trophy tracker on the trophy tiles was always showing 3/5 or 4/5.
AChannel says
Thanks. I finally got it to to trigger and near in the pirate area of the map.
Dreadful says
I’m still not getting it. I’m on ps5 and I’ve tried kicking them into literal spike traps, dimensional clawing them against spike walls, anything I can think of and nothing works. Making me a little crazy.
Dangatv says
Thanks for the guide always when do you think you will have the collectiable guide done and will it be an “all in one” video?
PowerPyx says
Remaining collectibles will be done today – tomorrow, will be done in time for the standard edition launch. No videos planned, currently too many guide projects overlapping.
console-master says
I have got deluxe version of the game but trophies are locked? no trophies pop.
Calypso says
Latest patch still did not fix the glitched quest.
If you see the subquest without any text, then your game is glitched and you won’t be able to complete the mission. If the quest has a description, you should be fine.
TheBlueFireFist says
Might have a bug, don’t think i’ve read about it yet but who knows. I basically completed the game but i appear to be missing 2 things.
1. Found all the lore items if the map summary is correct, but yet if i go through the lore item list I’m 1 item short.
2. Bit more important since there’s a trophy connected to it, out of all the areas I’m missing a single item, a damascus steel ingot, which should be in the lower city since there my treasure’s 25/26. But having checked the 4 (i think it was) spots where they should spawn, I still came up empty handed. For as why i know its the ingot, just need it for the last upgrade.
Ashbo says
Have you done all combat challenges for Artaban in The Haven?(just above the trader Mage) You get rewards for doing his challenges and there is an ingot above him.
You don’t need all the lore for the trophy, just enough Time Crystals, Ingots and Xerxes coins for weapon upgrades, Amulets for all amulet trophies, Amulet Holders for fully upgrading the Amulet and all Soma petals for maximum health.

I found a workaround for the Treasures of the Seven Seas for those playing on the PS5 (and probably Series X):
1) Save your game BEFORE accepting the mission.
2) Go back to the main menu and upload your game to the Ubisoft Cloud (press L1 on your save file).
3) Close the game and download the PS4 version.
4) Open the PS4 version and download your save file by pressing R1 on the save files menu.
5) Accept the mission and now you can complete it normally (you’ll notice it’s not bugged anymore if the doors on your right open without you having to leave and re-enter the cabin).
6) Save the game after completing and upload your save to the Ubisoft Cloud again and re-download it on the PS5.
Calypso says
What was the point of typing this? Literally just save before you accept the mission. Accept it and if it glitches, reload and try again.
Come up with a way to complete it after it glitches and people will sing you praises.

I’m missing 3 Petals, gone through every location and I’ve collected them all. Anyone else with this problem?
Loso says
Blessings of shamshir glitched for me I’m 80% done with the game and I can’t upgrade my equipment past level 2. It says unavailable restocking in progress
red_mario26 says
Having just gotten the platinum, with Deadly Trap as my last trophy, I can say that it seems like the game DOES NOT count any kills you get by using the Dimensional Claw to throw enemies into spikes. You have to knock them onto spikes using your sword attacks. The easiest place to do this is the forest area. Near one of the Wak-wak trees, there is a spot where you move down and to the right and there is a single bird enemy that spawns there, right below some of the purple spikes. You can farm the kills easily using this enemy, but only early on, before you fully upgrade your weapons. Once you fully upgrade your weapons, you kill the bird in one hit. If you’re in that situation, head down a little farther and you’ll find two of the forest warrior enemies. Use the Dimensional Claw to bring one of them back to where the bird spawns, release the warrior enemy, and then use the upward slash to launch him into the spikes.

I’m having a problem with air dancer trophy. I have killed many birds and enemies in the air (while also being in the air) am I doing something wrong?
Jonathan says
Hello man, I’m having the same issue, it is stuck at 86%.
Did you find any solution ?

Just got my Platty baby. Thanks for the guide ladies and gents this game was phenomenal. I have this weird thing when getting a majority of my Platnium’s where if I can and it’s available to do I make beating the game my last trophy to get. In this case my last trophy I saved for last was defeat the god Prince. I did it like that with both god of war games horizon forbidden west, days gone. Idk why I play it like that but I do. But I loved coming here when the I’m in a jam and can’t figure out where something might be. So again thanks to the fine folks at Powerpyx who always got the best most thorough guides. Y’all are awesome. Respect. ✊

Treasure of the Seven Seas is still bugged for me with the current patch (playing on PS5). The game freezes as soon as I accept the quest, so I’m locked out of the plat. Rebooted and tried many times.
James says
Following up on my own comment in case it’s helpful: I was able to get around this bug by exiting to the home screen, disconnecting my controller, reconnecting, and going back into the game. The game displays a “your controller was disconnected” message and then the quest activates and you can proceed normally.
Bobbysweeptheleg says
You can work around the -still present treasure of seven seas bug- by making a cloud / ubi save. Then go into the ship where quest is-do not collect the shiny lore item! Then select not to take the quest , leave the cabin area by the same entrance to left. Then come back and accept the quest. This should cause the quest text to pop and open the door to the right.
Have fun with getting to the bird.
