Smoking and other Hobbies Starting Location
Find 144 Cigarette Cards
Refer to the Cigarette Card Locations Guide with a map, images and video.
Send All 144 Locations to Phineas T. Ramsbottom
After you found all 144 cards, go to any post office and mail them to Phineas T. Ramsbottom. Post offices are marked on the map in every major town, e.g. in Valentine. Return to the post office after 1-2 days to get your rewards in the mail ($200 for finding all cards).

I bought all the cards from the general store and sent them off in the mail and got all the rewards but my log is showing I only have 11 out of 12 packs but my completion is showing 144 out of 144 collected. Hope it won’t mess with my 100% completion. I’m buying up all the packs again in hopes that it recognises I got them all again.

same i check my progress i already have all 144 cards but i check the mission log it say i still left prominitent and the world champion cards set? i already got them all in my progression though anyone?
I think I might have killed and looted Phineas after talking to him cause I can’t mail the collection to him.
Yeah, it is always best to do the killing AFTER the completion of a quest/mission!
