Item Description: A Mibu balloon filled with fountainhead water, imbued with a blessing of good fortune.
If one pops the vibrant green Mibu balloon and prays, those its water splashes upon will have a higher chance of obtaining items.
“Mibu” means “aquatic life”, or “life born of the water”. The Ashina consider the fountainhead water itself to be worthy of worship.

Locations:

• Hirata Estate: Dragonspring – Hirata Estate – Across the bridge instead of going into the walled area head to the right around the beach. Inside a destroyed boat will be one pickup.
• Ashina Castle: Ashina Castle – Head through the gate and to the left up the stairs, then to the right through both sets of closed doors. There is one pickup beside a tree.
• Can be purchased in limited amount from the Memorial Mob, starting from the location by Ashina Castle: Abandoned Dungeon Entrance.

Usage: Used to increase chance of enemies dropping items for a short time.
