Game Info

Stellar Blade consists of 9 regions, some of which are linear and don’t have an in-game world map, and some of which are open world and do have an in-game map. The game has 3 endings and a lot of collectibles. There are 987 Collectibles plus some New Game+ exclusive upgrades. The game also has 35 Side Quests 27 Bulletin Board Requests, 96 skills (plus 12 New Game+ exclusive skills). A 100% playthrough takes around 40 hours following the collectible guide here, while New Game+ can be rushed in 6-8 hours if skipping all side content (you can also skip cutscenes in NG+ but can’t skip them on first playthrough).

There are two points of no return, the game doesn’t have a manual save feature so it’s best to make a PS+ Cloud Save at those points:

  1. The first point of no return happens after you finished the area Abyss Levoire. This locks you out of the area called Xion, so you need to make sure you’ve collected everything in Xion before attempting to head to Spire 4.
  2. The second point happens after you finish Spire 4 and head to the last area of the game. This locks you out of all areas and every single collectible, so you need to make sure you’ve collected everything before this point.

The best approach is to do a 100% playthrough first to get all upgrades and the 100% ending (make a PS+ cloud backup before 2nd point of no return, you can reload this to get a 2nd ending). Then rush through New Game+ to do the not-100% ending, which cannot be done in the same playthrough as the 100% ending. As you’ll be fully upgraded the NG+ run will be very fast and you can skip all collectibles and side content there.

Thank you for the guide! Do we need to collect ALL of the collectibles? Or are there more than the needed ones over the entire game? I’m playing for some hours now and following the guide to backtrack some of these is are hard since the game doesn’t really mark how many we have so far.

    Thanks!

You need to collect a vast majority of them. Boxes & Memory Sticks/Documents/Passcodes have way more than 200 for their respective trophies for example. You do need all camps, all cans, all naytiba data, & pretty much all upgrade items (minus drone upgrades). You don’t need every Nano Suit, Fish, or Exospine as well (though there are only 11 types of Exospines, but MK2 variants in NG+ count towards the trophy as well, so 22 in total)

No, not all. Like you only need 200 chest and there is almost 300, same happen with upgardes or lore items.
