Tales of Arise All Weapon Crafting Material Locations

This guide shows all Crafting Material Locations for Weapons in Tales of Arise. These materials are obtained by defeating specifics enemies in the game and can be used to forge new weapons at merchants.

You can farm them for materials repeatedly. The easiest method is to defeat the enemies you want, make a manual save, reload the save you just made and it will respawn the enemies instantly. No need to fast travel away at all. Each time you load the game, the enemies will respawn. Only a few enemies don’t respawn, in particular the “Armored Swordsman” type enemies (human knights) that drop Astral materials, and all of the Gigants which can only be fought one time.

The only areas you don’t go to automatically from story are:

• Uninhabited Island (unlocked during Sub-Quest “Beyond the Grave”, which starts in Tuah Seashore after having reached the last story region “Rena”)
• Fogwharl Limestone Caverns (unlocked during Sub-Quest “Untamable Rage” which starts in Thistlym)
• The Otherworld / Earth Spirit Temple (unlocked during Sub-Quest “Otherworldly Visitors” which is an endgame quest after the story and after having cleared other sub-quests in Menancia. Then it starts in Viscint)
• Tower of the Wind Spirit (unlocked during Sub-Quest “Farewell, Mage” which starts in Niez after doing some other quests there).

For all other regions you just need to keep advancing the story.

Note on Accessory Materials: All Accessory Crafting Materials come from mining the blue crystals throughout the game, so you don’t need to defeat any specific enemies or do anything complicated for them. The blue crystals also respawn and can be mined again repeatedly.
