How to Unlock Triple Spin: Complete the Story. After the endboss you automatically unlock Triple Spin. It cannot be unlocked any sooner than this, this is the only way.
Now that you’ve beaten the story and unlocked Triple Spin you may be wondering how to actually use it. Just spamming the Spin button 3 times in a row doesn’t do anything. This is because the timing of the button presses matters. While walking you must press the Spin Button just as the Spin Animation is about to finish. Don’t spam the button. It also doesn’t work while standing still.
How to Use Triple Spin: While walking 
press Spin Button > Wait 1 Second > Press Spin Button > Wait 1 Second > Press Spin Button.
On PS4: While walking press
