Silent Hill f All Collectible Locations Guide

September 22, 2025 by Archavia 15 Comments

Silent Hill f contains 93 Collectible Locations (17 Hidden Omamoris, 22 Character Upgrades, 6 Inventory Upgrades, 37 Trophy-Relevant Documents, 11 Inari-sama Doors and Boxes). This 100% walkthrough guide includes all Miscellaneous Trophies and Ending Requirements, as well as all Puzzle Solutions for all difficulties to make it easier to follow.

Finding all Collectibles unlocks the following Trophies & Achievements:

  • 17 Hidden Omamoris – :bronze: Omamori Sage
  • 22 Character Upgrades (Ema) – 18 needed for :bronze: Close to the Sun
  • 6 Inventory Upgrades – :bronze: Fervent Collector
  • 37 Trophy-Relevant Documents – :bronze: The Truth about the Tsuneki Family, :bronze: Fate of the Apostate, :bronze: A Miko Possessed, :bronze: Fires of Jealously, :bronze: Good Intentions…
  • 11 Inari-sama Doors and Boxes – :bronze: Inari-sama’s Secrets

The game consists of 14 areas, these function as different chapters. Once you leave an area you can’t go back. Some collectibles will only appear on New Game+ and New Game+2.

Documents are pages you can pick up, and while there are over 90 in the game, only 37 are relevant for trophies. Some of these will appear across multiple playthroughs, in particular Sakuko’s Diaries for  :bronze: A Miko Possessed and Clinical Trials for :bronze: Good Intentions, so if you choose to do a blind playthrough it is at least recommended that you ensure you get these on each playthrough to save potential extra playthroughs.

Hidden Omamoris are equippable upgrades that can be found throughout the game. Some will only appear on New Game+. These are different from the Hokora Omamoris that are purchased at Hokora Shrines. Each type will have their own trophy. Any Omamoris you have already found will be replaced with offerings on subsequent playthroughs.

Character Upgrades (Ema) are little wooden plaques that when used with Faith at a Hokora Shrine, can increase your Stamina, Sanity, Health or Omamori Slots. These can be found on New Game, New Game+ and New Game+2. Any Ema you have already found will be replaced with offerings on subsequent playthroughs.

Inventory Upgrades are items that increase your inventory size by 1. These can be found on New Game and New Game+.

Inari-sama Doors and Boxes can only be opened on New Game+ once you have the Brooch. These will contain trophy-relevant documents, as well as Hidden Omamoris and Character Upgrades.

I am confused. As far as I understand, you need six playthroughs nonetheless cause difficulty trophies do not stack. I finished with action story and puzzles hard and did not get the trophy for completing the game with puzzles in easy.

Puzzle difficulties don’t stack, but Action difficulties do stack. So it’s a minimum of 3 for Puzzle difficulties, and also a minimum of 3 for endings with a manual save to revert to.

Is it possible to cheese the “Lost in the Fog” doing the UFO Ending?

No, UFO ending does not pop difficulty trophies.

So if I missed Sakuko’s Diary (3), can I get it again in new game+3? Or do I have to replay a fresh new game?

I believe so, as far as I understand it the diaries will spawn in subsequent playthroughs.

So, if puzzle difficulties do not stack, and you need to get the collectibles on NG+ and NG++ without changing the difficulty, from what I understand it seems like you would need 5-6 playthroughs then. Is there something I am missing or not understanding?

You can change the difficulty every playthrough, so it is 3 playthroughs. Just make sure to change the difficulties when you start NG+ by loading your Clear Save File.

Is there a list of all 90 documents and not just the ones needed for the trophies? Sorry if I missed it. Thank you

Could I verify that I can do Action difficulty Story twice, then do Lost in the Fog Action for the last playthrough to get all Action difficulty achievements?

My first playthrough was blind and now on NG+ would like to do again to immerse even more on the story. So my question is can I catch all collectibles only on NG++?
