Silent Hill f Main Hall Collectible Locations

September 22, 2025 by Archavia 3 Comments

Main Hall is the 9th area in Silent Hill f. This 100% walkthrough will guide you to all collectibles in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies, achievements and 100% completion is included: Documents, Hidden Omamoris, Character Upgrades, Inventory Upgrades, Trophy-Relevant Documents, Puzzle Solutions, Trophies & Achievements.

Main Hall

Document: Family Physician’s Log (3)
After opening the first door, turn left to find this on a bench.

Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith)
Slightly northwest of the Hokora Shrine, sitting on some boxes in the corner of a room.

Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
Once upstairs, go through the first room to find this on some draws in the second room.

Offering: Shriveled Abura-age (500 Faith)
After the first ritual, this will be on the altar.

Omamori: Crow + Document: Housemaid’s Note (2)
Once you are back on the first floor, go south one room and open the metal door. Inside will be these items next to each other.

Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
After the second ritual, this will be on the altar.

Inventory Upgrade: Dirty Drawstring Bag
After fighting some enemies, you will arrive at two sets of stairs. Go upstairs and go around the broken floors to find this on a chest of drawers.

Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith)
Sitting on the set of drawers next to the Inventory Upgrade.

Offering: Antique Comb (300 Faith)
After the third ritual, this is on a bench next to the altar.

Document: Family Physician’s Log (4)
You will now be able to reveal hidden rooms (indicated by fox artwork and blood near the walls) by holding :l2: in front of them. Once in the main hall, go north slightly and open the wall here to find a document inside on the left.

Offering: Shriveled Abura-age (500 Faith)
At the back of the same room.

Character Upgrade
On the right side of the same room.

Offering: Dried Carcass (200 Faith)
Return to where you got the Inventory Upgrade after the second ritual. There will be a fox wall here that you can reveal with :l2: . Inside will be an offering next to an Inari-sama Door.

Trophy: Echoes of Jealousy :bronze:
In the next area, you will have another boss fight. During this fight, the boss will occasionally spawn puppets that slowly walk towards you. If they get caught in a fire attack, they will catch alight and rush at you, exploding. For this trophy, you will need to complete the fight without taking damage from any of these puppets. The best way to deal with them is to immediately attack them when they spawn while they’re still slow. They will die in 1-2 swipes, and you can then also Soul Siphon them with :cross: to charge your ability. If you see the boss charging a fire attack, stay away from any puppets to avoid them becoming explosive. If they do get by fire, stop attacking and let your stamina recharge, then dodge when they rush at you.

I didn’t get hit by a fire puppet attack, but still didn’t get the trophy. I reckon any attack from a puppet will void it. One whacked me in the back.

I don’t know if “occasionally” is the right word for how often the boss spawns mobs. I don’t even have time to kill one before another one attacks me from the back. And the long walk you have to do after you restart is just aweful. Yes I’m bitter.

You’ve probably done it by now, but for others seeing this I just let myself get killed by her if I mess up and it loads you at the beginning of the fight. So you don’t have to sit through that long walk

I popped the trophy after a few tries of doing this
