A Stray Silhouette is a side mission in Arknights Endfield. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the A Stray Silhouette side quest. A Stray Silhouette is the second part of the Quest Chain “Let Fire Consume the Ashen Past”.

- Quest Giver: Starts automatically after completing Side Mission: Echoes Of Then
- Requirement: Complete Side Quest Side Mission: Echoes Of Then
- Reward: T-Creds x4,250, Advanced Combat Record x1, Protoprism x6, Arms INSP Set x1, EXP x150
- Quest Description: That red-haired Sarkaz girl you met in the Protocol Space isn’t ordinary. Follow the clues to Valley IV and track her down.
Objectives:
- Go to the Originium Science Park and investigate
- Enter the Protocol Space
- Scan the place and find the footprints
- Follow the long-ear
- Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
- Keep scanning and find the footprints
- Search for clues
- Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
- Keep scanning and find the footprints
- Fix the radio
- Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
- Keep scanning and find the footprints
- Go closer and touch the traces of the red-haired girl
- Read the notes from the red-haired girl
Starting Location: OMV Dijiang
This starts after finishing Side Mission: Echoes Of Then
Go to the Originium Science Park and investigate
Teleport to the west side of Originium Science Park.
Approach the Protocol Space entrance at the end of a broken bridge.
Enter the Protocol Space
Interact with the entrance to go in.
Scan the place and find the footprints
Use Scan (hold R2 to choose the Scan tool).
Follow the yellow marker off the edge of the bridge.
Run along the rock face to the right until you reach a long-ear.
Follow the long-ear
The long-ear enters a nearby pipe.
Jump off the edge to find the other end of the pipe.
Follow it across the clearing to another pipe.
At the end of that pipe, the long-ear approaches a small building.
Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
Interact with the traces.
Keep scanning and find the footprints
Head north toward the structure and then head east.
Go to the right of the stair over some mossy pipes.
Search for clues
Jump down from the mossy pipes and interact with the document on the ground.
Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
Jump to your left and ride the rope back up to the upper level.
Turn right and interact with the traces of the red-haired girl.
Keep scanning and find the footprints
Continue east across the bridge.
Follow the path down the rocky pass.
Then go left up the path.
Fix the radio
Just to your left, interact with the radio to repair it.
Place the pieces into the Originium Circuitry Module in this layout.
Touch the traces of the red-haired girl
Interact with the traces.
Keep scanning and find the footprints
Head east to the edge of the cliff.
Go closer and touch the traces of the red-haired girl
When you get close to the traces, a cutscene begins.
Read the notes from the red-haired girl
Interact with the notebook at the end of the cliff.
This finishes A Stray Silhouette side quest in Arknights Endfield.
