Toy #1 (Zombie Earth) – You’ll see this collectible just past the chainsaw behind some bars. To reach it go left of where the chainsaw was and left again to find a cracked wall, punch it and proceed down the pathway and jump up to find the secret.
Modbot #1 – Just after the last collectible on the next floor, this will be in your direct path, impossible to miss.
Codex #1 (Hell Barges) – On your direct path after the first main enemy encounter, impossible to miss.
Codex #2 (Remaining Human Populations – Part 1) – Once you get outside and proceed forward this will be in your direct path, impossible to miss.
Modbot #2 – Immediately after the last collectible when you climb in to the house, impossible to miss.
Toy #2 (Doom Slayer) – After punching through the green cracked wall after the previous modbot, you can immediately double-jump to the floor above, the secret is just to the left.
Toy #3 (Imp) – In the next enemy encounter after acquiring the Heavy Cannon (2nd weapon), you will see a store directly ahead with the word ‘Scott’ above the entrance, ignore this entrance and proceed to the left to see the neon sign ‘ShuZ’ (a soldier is firing at an imp here) and double-jump to the ledge above it. On the left there is a cracked wall you can punch through to drop down to the secret.
Codex #3 (Remaining Human Populations – Part 2) – Through the shop named ‘Scott’, from the 2nd floor you can double-jump to the other side of the floor and you’ll find this on your left.
Extra Life #1 – Drop down just to the right of the previous collectible to find this extra life.
Extra Life #2 – Just after the previous Extra Life on the main mission path, you will punch through a green wall in a parking garage, proceed down and then right and you can punch through another cracked wall to find a Extra Life.
Modbot #3 – After descending into the subway and past the 3 cannons shooting at you, this will be in your direct path, impossible to miss.
Codex #4 (Formation of the Arc) – After climbing some walls with flaming pipes and proceeding through a subway train, you will see this codex at the end of the tunnel ahead in plain sight.
Cheat Code (Infinite Extra Lives) – Shortly after the last collectible you will go through a small room with 3 zombies, a soldier and an explosive barrel. After you exit the room there is a crate to the right. Jump on top of the crate and up to a cracked vent, punch through it to reveal the secret.
Extra Life #3 – After climbing up a wall to the next floor after the previous collectible, you will see an extra life to the left through a partially open door. Use the nearby blue vent to jump to the next floor and you will be able to drop down the hole to get this extra life.
Extra Life #4 – Once you get outside the previous building and kill all enemies here, you can climb on a bus on the right hand side of the are and see the life in the air.
Codex #5 (Hell Priests) – You will see this beyond a gate when you first enter the citadel, you will be able to collect it once you enter the main area with the elevator.
Codex #6 (Deag Nilox) – In the same area as the previous codex on the right hand side.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Hell on Earth of Doom Eternal.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! For doing these in chronological order, rather than broken up by type like all the other guides – you have to have half a dozen windows open, it’s silly.
