Dragon Age The Veilguard Lighthouse Puzzle Solution (Spinning Statues & Levers)

Dragon Age The Veilguard contains a secret puzzle in the hub area called ‘The Lighthouse’. It consists of 6 statues with levers that you must spin in specific directions. Solving the puzzle unlocks the Nostalgia Trip trophy & achievement (Tested for fall damage and survived in the Lighthouse), and it leads to the balcony in the central hall with a chest on it.

You must spin the 6 statues so 3 pairs of 2 statues face each other. This unlocks the music room in the big round hall inside the Lighthouse. Then you must guide 2 Wisps into the music room, one should appear there automatically, the other will spawn between the two statues you turned on the upper floor outside above the door (they only spawn after reaching Chapter 8 Story Quest “Shades of the Blight), after recruiting Taash & Emmrich as a companion). When both wisps have been placed a portal appears, step through to reach the balcony above the big round room, interact with the object there and jump down the balcony.

Step-by-Step Solution

Step 1: Spin the 2 statues upstairs in the middle to face each other.

Step 2: Spin the 2 statues on the left to face each other (one behind Bellara’s Room, one underneath Neve’s Room)

Step 3: Spin the 2 statues on the right to face each other (one outside Lucanis’s Room, one upstairs near the first two statues)

Step 4: After you finished turning all 6 statues to face each other, a glowing wisp (small greenish blue orb) will fly into the Lighthouse. Go inside and go through the wall that has a note hanging on it, solving the statue puzzle will have opened the wall. It leads to the music room.

Step 5: Inside the Music Room you should see one Wisp already, walk into it and place it in front of the door here. The Wisps only spawn after reaching Chapter 8 Story Quest “Shades of the Blight” (after recruiting Taash & Emmrich as companions).

Step 6: Head back outside and go back upstairs where you turned the first two statues. There will be the second Wisp, walk into it and then bring it back to the Music Room, place it at the door.

Step 7: Now a Portal appears in the Music Room. Go through it, you will be transported to the balcony above the main hall.

Step 8: Interact with the blue crystal, the Caretaker will appear to thank you for solving the Puzzle (you also get +500 Caretaker Power).

Simply jump down the balcony to unlock  Nostalgia Trip.
