Dragon Ball Z Kakarot Where to find Frozen Rabbit Meat Location

In Dragon Ball Z Kakarot you need to find Frozen Rabbit Meat to advance the story during main mission Android Terror Arrives Episode 8: Fleeting Normality (Cell Saga). The game wants you to find ingredients for Chi-Chi, but no longer shows a waypoint where to go, or it might point you in the wrong area.

This guide shows how to get Frozen Rabbit Meat in DBZ Kakarot:

1. First, head to the Darlinge Polynya region (North Mountains area).
2. On east side (right) of the lake, there’s a hut with smoke coming from its chimney. South of that hut is a forest area and a big frozen ice block. A man standing at the ice block should also show the dialogue “Wait, there’s frozen rabbit meat in that ice block?” (can be seen from far away). Simply destroy the ice block to get the meat. If this is not there for you, try traveling to another map and coming back or make a manual save and reload it immediately (this respawns everything on the map). Or you can fly around the Darlinge Polynya region until you see a person with text above their head mentioning Frozen Rabbit Meat.

Don’t waste time looking for actual rabbits running around the map, they don’t exist. The Frozen Rabbit Meat comes from destroying ice blocks.

Alternatively, there’s also a level 45 quest given by Master Roshi on the Kame House (Southeast Islands) that rewards you with 2 Frozen Rabbit Meat.

The other materials for the quest can all be found near Goku’s house (Southeast Mountains area) from fishing and hunting. Once you have all ingredients bring them back to Chi-Chi.
