The Maximum User Level in Evil Dead: The Game is Level 100.
However, the “Groovy” trophy and achievement for reaching the “max user level” unlocks early at Level 50. The maximum level was increased from 50 to 100 during development but the trophy requirement wasn’t patched, hence it unlocks early. You can keep leveling up past level 50 after earning the Groovy trophy or achievement.
This is at the time of the game’s launch at May 13, 2022.
What’s the fastest way to level up?
The fastest way is to play as a demon and win every match quickly. If you find the survivors right away and possess some evil units you can defeat them very early into the match. You earn 7500 XP per win as a demon in public matches.
How Long does it take to reach Max User Level?
To reach level 50 for the purpose of the “Groovy” trophy & achievement, it takes anywhere from 35-70+ hours. This is highly dependent on your own skill as well as luck with how strong the opposing team is. If you focus on playing demons and win every match quickly it will go faster than playing as survivors. That’s because in order to win as survivors you must go through all the objectives which takes a while, but as a demon you can defeat the survivors early on for an instant win.
Reaching Level 100 takes approximately 100 hours+. Each level requires more XP than the last so it takes longer from one level to the next.
