Hoarse Echoes is a Tribal Quest in Genshin Impact. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Hoarse Echoes World Quest.
Hoarse Echoes begins when you speak to Cheven in the Children of Echoes Camp.

Mission Description: Visit Nechca and Tlazolli.
Objectives:
- Go visit Tlazolli with Cheven
- Look for clues related to Tlazolli or Iengu
- Look for Iengu
Starting Location: Children of Echoes
Speak to Cheven in the Children of Echoes’ camp to begin the quest.
Go visit Tlazolli with Cheven
Make your way to the hut to the south of the Children of Echoes’ camp.
You learn that Tlazolli isn’t home, and her Saurian companion, Iengu, is gone as well.
Look for clues related to Tlazolli or Iengu
Activate the Tepetlisaurus Spiritsconce nearby , press R2 to burrow underground, and then follow the phlogiston crystals up the mountain face.
Look for Iengu
On your way up, be sure to collect phlogiston crystals whenever you can. Burrowing uses a lot of phlogiston from your reserves.
Also, be careful of the pulsing crystals. They explode when you get too close.
About halfway up the mountain face, you come across a yellow notch in the rock.
Attack it to reveal a Molten Fissure.
Use the Molten Fissure to automatically head up the rest of the mountain face.
Where you stop moving, look straight ahead to see Iengu standing by a tree. Approach it.
Cheven shouts to you, letting you know that Tlazolli came back. With that, Iengu charges you and takes you back down the mountain.
Nechce is unfortunately too ill to see people right now, but Tlazolli wants to give you your gift anyway. It’s a Blazegem Inscription, a purified gem that is just a couple steps short from a forged Ancient Name.
Complete the cutscene to finish the Hoarse Echoes Tribal Quest.
