In the Aftermath is unlocked when you talk to Huffman who patrols near the Angel’s Share Tavern in Mondstadt City.

Mission Description: Clear out barricades left over from the attack on Mondstadt City.
Objectives:
- Talk to Huffman
- Patrol the area and clear any obstacles
Starting Location: Mondstadt City
Find Huffman just inside the entrance to Mondstadt City to the right by a flower stand.
Huffman asks you to clear out some of the hilichurl barricades left over from the attack on Mondstadt City.
Select dialogue choice “It is my honor to serve” to progress the quest.
Patrol the area and clear any obstacles
Make your way out of Mondstadt City and head south on the branching path at the end of the bridge.
You’ll quickly see a barricade with some hilichurl in your way.
Defeat all opponents and clear the obstacles
Defeat all of the enemies, and make sure to attack the barricades to destroy them.
Patrol the area and clear any obstacles
Head back north to the Teleport Waypoint just outside of Mondstadt.
You’ll find another gathering of hilichurls and barricades to deal with.
Defeat all opponents and dismantle their camp
Take down all the enemies and destroy all of their structures.
Patrol the area and clear any obstacles
Head southeast from your location to a curve in the path.
Defeat all opponents and dismantle their camp
As expected, another batch of hilichurls stand in your path. Take them out and destroy their structures.
Report back to Huffman
Go back to Mondstadt City and speak to Huffman by the Angel’s Share Tavern.
Finish this conversation to complete World Quest In the Aftermath.
