Let the Wind Lead is the fourth subquest in Prologue: Act 2, For A Tomorrow Without Tears, an Archon Quest in Genshin Impact. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Let the Wind Lead Archon Subquest.
Let the Wind Lead is unlocked automatically when you finish the previous subquest, That Green Fellow.

Mission Description: Confront Stormterror
Objectives:
- Go to Windrise
- Defeat the creature
Starting Location: Mondstadt City
Go to Windrise
Depending on how much you have explored up to this point, you may or may not have the Statue of the Seven unlocked at Windrise. If you do, teleport there.
If not, teleport to the Teleport Waypoint just outside of Mondstadt City to the east and then head south-by-southeast. Windrise is a massive tree.
You see Venti standing at the base of Windrise. Walk up to him to automatically initiate a conversation
Defeat the creature
An Eye of The Storm attacks you. This fight can be annoying, especially this early on, since it spends much of the time in the air and moves around so much. The only archer you likely have is Amber, and she doesn’t put out a lot of damage on her own.
If you got lucky with the character banners, this might be easier. Either way, stay patient and keep chipping away at it. At a couple points, the Eye of the Storm does come to the ground. Take advantage of those moments.
Defeat the Eye of the Storm to automatically move into a conversation with Venti. Venti provides some more context on how Stormterror grew to be so dangerous.
After the short conversation with Paimon, the Let the Wind Lead subquest completes.
