Lights! Kamera! Action! begins when you find a camera on a cliff.
Region: Natlan
Area: Children of the Echoes
Quest Giver: Interact with a camera at the top of the cliff.
Requirement: Reach Natlan
Recommended Level: 35
Reward: 150 Adventure EXP, 20 Primogems, 25,000 Mora, 1 Mighty Meaty Fireball (Teapot Decoration); *If you are Adventure Rank 60, you do not get Adventure EXP. Instead, you receive 1,500 extra Mora
Mission Description: Help Akatanga make a kaiju picture.
Objectives:
- Place the Wooden Barrel somewhere suitable
- Place the Elemental Bait somewhere suitable
- Talk to Akatanga
- Wait for your Saurian companion to get in position
- Get into position at the designated spot
- Lure the antagonist near the barrel, and smash the barrel
Starting Location: Children of Echoes
To start the quest you must find a camera on a cliff. First use the Statue of the Seven in Children of Echoes.
Use the Spiritsconce to embody a tepetlisaur. Then, interact with the Molten Fissure.
It takes you all the way to the top of the cliff.
Then, go southeast to find and interact with a camera on a tripod.
You quickly meet Akatanga, who asks you to help create a movie. First, you need to set the scene.
Place the Wooden Barrel somewhere suitable
If you walk toward the set, the camera zooms out to a fixed position, showing you all of the possible interaction points.
If you interact with the incorrect spot, you get a little feedback and that spot disappears.
Place the Wooden Barrel in the upper right corner of the set.
Place the Elemental Bait somewhere suitable
Place the Elemental Bait in the far right spot on the set.
Talk to Akatanga
Akatanga tells you to destroy the Wooden Barrel at the correct time.
Wait for your Saurian companion to get in position
Give your Saurian companion a few seconds to automatically get into position on the set.
Get into position at the designated spot
Go to where you placed the Elemental Bait and get into position.
Lure the antagonist near the barrel, and smash the barrel
It doesn’t take much time, but wait for the Electro Slime to hope over to you. When it gets close, press attack to destroy the Wooden Barrel.
When you all review the footage, you learn that Akatanga operated the camera backwards.
The crew takes another shot at the scene, and it comes out much better than the first time.
Complete the cutscene to finish the Lights! Kamera! Action! World Quest.
