The trophies all look self-explanatory and very easy. There are some story trophies, some that appear to be side missions, a lot of miscellaneous kill-related trophies, and some co-op / PVP trophies. It’s worth noting that Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is an online only game! It cannot be played offline and requires a constant internet connection. Therefore, all trophies are online only. It doesn’t sound like 100% completion in all regions would be required, but rather the list seems to focus on story and then some side tasks.
