Ghost Reconciler is a side quest in South Park The Fractured But Whole, for which you will need the Timefart Pause. You can get the quest earlier by meeting up with Craig outside of Tweek Bros. Coffee, but until you unlock the Timefart Pause through progressing the story, you will not be able to complete it.
Speaking with Craig, he will tell you that he wants you to speak with Tweek and get his laptop back. Go into Tweek Bros. Coffee and enter the back room. Tweek will tell you that he will give back the laptop when Craig gives back Stripe, the guinea pig they bought while they were together, but Tweek paid for it and gives you the receipt to prove it.
Go back outside and you will trigger a cutscene with Craig where you show him the receipt. He will tell you to go get the guinea pig from his room, and give it to Tweek to get his laptop back. Go to Craig’s house, and upstairs to his room. In the center of the room will be a snacky cakes box which is moving.
Approach it, and be prepared to activate the Timefart Pause ability. As you get close, there will be a button prompt to “Look” which will reveal Stripe. Activate Timefart Pause and pick up Stripe before he runs into a vent to hide. Return to Tweek Bros. Coffee and give the guinea pig back to Tweek, who will return the laptop. However, before you can give it back to Craig, Mr. Tweek will come over and take it away from you, instead giving you a Counseling Referral. Go back outside and show it to Craig, who will agree to counseling if you are there. Go back inside into the back room of the coffee shop and show it to Tweek, who will agree on the same conditions, completing the Ghost Reconciler mission.
