Vigilante Marketing is a side quest in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, which you will get on Day 2. Sometime during the day, Ms. Cartman will send you a Coonstagram post that asks you to use your social media influence to help her out. Go to Cartman’s house and talk to Ms. Cartman and she will give you some business cards to hand out for her “adult tutoring” business.
Go to Skeeter’s Wine Bar, on the far west side of the northernmost street. Inside, give Ms. Cartman’s business cards to the man in square glasses to the left of Skeeter at the bar (Mr. Donovan), the man sitting at the table to the right, and at the man sitting at the table at the far left side of the bar. Once all three take her cards, return to Ms. Cartman to complete the Vigitlante Marketing quest.
Your reward are “Ms. Catman’s Double Stuffed Brownies” which you need to craft a Chocolate Memberito and to unlock the Summon Combat Fart.
