This quest is started in the Overworld.
Use potion on seaweed
Use the potion Wimarc gave you and use it on the seaweed behind him.
Talk to Wimarc
After you used the potion talk to Wimarc again.
Go to cave
Go to the cave up the little hill behind Wimarc and enter the cave.
Clear encounter
An encounter will start, clear it.
Take your reward
Take your reward from the chest.
Enter portal
Enter the portal after taking the reward.
Clear encounter
Another encounter will start, clear it again.
Take your reward
Take the reward which is the essence you need for the potion.
Enter portal
Enter the portal to exit the encounter.
Talk to Wimarc
Talk to Winmarc to get the potion for the seaweed.
Pick up Sea Kelp Solution
Pick up the solution
Use solution on poisonous seaweed
Use the solution on the seaweed.
