This quest is started in the side area called Crackmast Cove.
Find Ghosty Ghost
You need to find Ghosty Ghost and solve his murder.
the Ghost is behind this house on some barrels.
Free the Ghost
Just press 
and free the ghost.
Listen to Rude Alex
Listen to Rude Alex aka. don’t do anything.
Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Follow the path and enter the apothecary.
Enter correct sequence, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
To proceed with the path, you need to open the gate by shooting the cannons in a specific order.
Kill seawargs, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Simply kill the enemies.
Pick up nose ring, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Pick up the ring after killing all enemies.
Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Follow the path.
Kill backdoor guards, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
You will enter a backyard with some enemies, kill those guards.
Search for a meltin’ drink, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
The drink is up there.
Take potion, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Pick it up.
Melt grate, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Melt the grate with the potion you just picked up.
Find potion storage, Enter the apothecary & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Follow the path to find the storage.
Search warehouse for clues x3 & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Search for three clues. They aren’t hidden very well.

Follow Alex & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
After you got the clues, just follow Alex.
Follow voices & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Melee the gate to open it and follow the voices.
Confront Alex’s colleagues & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Walk up to Alex’s colleagues and listen to them.
Kill werewargs & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Alex’s colleagues will transform into wargs, kill them.
Take hat & Solve Rude Alex’s murder
Take the hat after killing those wargs.
Find potion vat
Follow the path and find the potion vat.
Kill pirates
Once you reached the vat and kill the pirates.
Find something to jog Alex’s memory & Sabotage werewarg potion
That “something” is in front of both houses.
Ignite heating element & Sabotage werewarg potion
Turn around and jump down there to find the element. Now just shoot it to ignite it.
Close steam release valve & Sabotage werewarg potion
Jump back up and close the steam release valve.
Find Ingredient X & Sabotage werewarg potion
Ingredient X is between both houses.
Place Ingredient X in vat & Sabotage werewarg potion
Place Ingredient X in the vat.
Break Ingredient X barrel & Sabotage werewarg potion
Now just shoot the ingredient.
Find Captain Pirate, Pirate Captain
Follow the path, find the Captain.
Kill Captain Pirate’s crew
Kill the Captain’s crew once you reached the place.
Kill Captain Pirate. Pirate Captain
And now kill the Captain himself.
Talk to Alex
Talk to Alex one last time.
