This is a boss fight against Cao Cao. There are only two moves you need to look out for: his Critical Blow attack during which he jumps up in the air to try to slam you down and when he summons his phoenix Divine Beast. Stand back when he unleashes the latter or its shockwave will damage you. Other than that, keep your distance and cast Imposing Slab to have him run into it for some extra Spirit damage. Deflect when possible and this way he should go down relatively fast. When you’ve won, talk to him to end the quest.
