A Glance of Astonishment is the 33rd main mission in Arknights Endfield. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the A Glance of Astonishment main quest.
- Starting Location: Wuling City
- Quest Giver: Automatically begins after completing Main Mission 32 – Destination Wuling
- Chapter: 2 – Process 2
- Requirement: Complete Main Mission 32 – Destination Wuling
- Reward: Origeometry x1, T-Creds x4,450, Elementary Cognitive Carrier x4, Protohedron x1, Arms INSP Kit x9, EXP x200
- Quest Description: Your group prepares to enter Wuling City to meet with Viceroy Zhuang Fangyi, and establish cooperation.
Go to the Rafting Dock
Jump over the railing and get on the elevator.
Interact with the control panel to reach the lower level.
Continue down the path and unlock the depot by the dock.
Board the raft
Step onto the raft and interact with one of the two displays to proceed.
Go to the next Rafting Dock
Enjoy the ride down the river. At the next dock, step off the raft to trigger a cutscene.
Enter the Tianshi Pillar Array
Head west up the path until you reach an open area.
Defeat the Aggeloi
This area is filled with Aggeloi. Take them all out to progress the quest.
Enter Wuling City
When you regain control, head toward the stairs in front of you.
Go to the Main Pillar and meet up with Zhuang Fangyi / (Optional) Talk to the people in Wuling City
Before going anywhere, turn left to find a depot to unlock.
You can interact with a bunch of different people and storefronts along the way if you wish.
Otherwise, continue west until the path splits. You can take either the left or the right staircase. They both lead to the same place.
In this next area, you face a similar split. Take whichever path you like.
Once at the top, you find a floating green orb in the middle of a shallow water fixture. Head toward it.
Enter the Main Pillar
Interact with the green orb.
Enter the Main Pillar Office / (Optional) Talk to Mi Fu
If you wish for more context, interact with Mi Fu for some extra dialogue.
Otherwise, approach the cubed doorway and interact with it.
Note: There is a depot here and it’s already unlocked for you.
This begins an Immersion Mode, where you only play as the Endministrator, Perlica, and Chen at level 60. This triggers a cutscene.
Follow Zhuang Fangyi
Walk with Zhuang a short distance.
Touch the “branch”
Interact with the branch next to Zhuang.
Follow Zhuang Fangyi
Approach Zhuang in the center of the room.
Observe the Xiranite sandbox
Interact with the Sandbox.
Follow Zhuang Fangyi
Continue east toward the large window.
Look at Wuling
Interact with the window.
Reach an aggrement with Zhuang Fangyi
This objective completes automatically.
Talk to Mi Fu and leave the office
Head west out of the room and speak with Mi Fu. She is standing in the same place as before you entered the room.
This finishes A Glance of Astonishment main quest in Arknights Endfield.
