Blades of Fire All Collectible Locations Guide

June 2, 2025 by Jack McBastard Leave a Comment

Blades of Fire contains 367 Collectible Locations. This collectibles guide shows all collectibles in each region for 100% game completion and all trophies.

  • Health Gems: 80
  • Stamina Gems: 80
  • Trolls: 18
  • Weapon Parts: 111 (15 Daggers, 19 Twins, 18 Sabers, 17 Greatswords, 14 Swords, 12 Polearms, 16 Spears)
  • Dyes: 16
  • Forge Cryptexes: 14
  • Life Cryptexes: 12
  • Nerea’s Tears / Blue Gems: 24
  • Fragmented Tablet Piece: 12

None of the collectibles are missable! After the story there are monoliths called “Forger’s Oracles” that can be activated to mark all remaining collectibles on the map. You can pick up everything in free-roam after the story and revisit all areas. It is recommended that you try to pick up everything as you go however, as these collectibles are the only way to improve your character’s stats, especially if you are playing on Steel difficulty.

There is no collectible tracker by area, but on PS5 the collectible-related trophies feature a counter that tracks overall progress (via trophy list). Since all collectibles get marked on the map after the story by activating the Forger’s Oracles it will be easier to track down what you’re missing.

When you encounter Weapon Seneschals in the game (large wooden statues with weapons of various types) you can learn how to make weapon parts. To do so, you have to interact with them while you have a weapon of their type equipped. For example. If you have a Hyssop equipped, you can interact with a Polearms Seneschal to learn how to make one of the four Hyssop parts. If you’ve already learned how to make all four Hyssop parts, then in order to interact with the example Polearms Seneschal, you will have to equip a different polearm that still has parts left to learn. So it’s always helpful to carry one or two weapons from each of the seven categories so that you can pick up seneschals as you go. If for whatever reason you don’t have a weapon of the correct type with open parts slots, just get close to the seneschal and it will be marked on your map for ease of finding it again later when you do. The “Forge Scrolls” tab of the travel book will track all the weapons you’ve unlocked and how many parts you have unlocked for each one will be indicated by the seneschal images in a row beneath the weapon picture. When you’ve gotten all of the parts for the weapon, its image will turn from an outline into a solid gold image.

Some collectibles are held by Templars of the Sacred Steel, enemies that start off petrified and must be restored to life to defeat them. This is done by a bird called an “Iridescent Crow” that will be hiding in the vicinity. You can track them by sound if you hear them squawk, but more efficiently if you hit their petrified form with a weapon, the location of the Iridescent Crow that will free them will appear on your compass and mini-map. Head to that location and approach the crow, and he will fly off in the direction of the Templar. You will have to approach the crow multiple times to get them to finally perch on the Templar and trigger the fight. These Templars will usually drop Stamina Gems, but will sometimes drop Nerea’s Tears. Once defeated, Templars will not respawn. Some Templars will drop nothing at all. Only those who require an Iridescent Crow to reanimate will drop a Stamina Gem or a Nerea’s Tear.

Most collectibles are available to pick up as soon as you can access the area, and the pages for each area are organized in chronological order. The collectibles that require specific prerequisites, such as having certain runes active on your weapons, or to have special items to trigger an event, will be noted in the guides with bold red text, for example “(Need Light Rune)”. If you can’t obtain something on the first visit you can come back for it later.
