The trophy list reveals there are at least 3 endings: A Hero’s End, Luna Fraterna, Miraculous Bonds. Each of these gives a gold trophy. There’s a silver trophy for each main boss, 11 in total.

For collectibles we need all Hot Springs and unlock all maps.

For upgrades we must reach the maximum level with: a Weapon, a Jail, a Forma, a Blood Code, Regeneration, Affinity with a Partner. We only need to upgrade one of each to the maximum.

The other trophies are miscellaneous tasks for doing something for the first time, these should come naturally. Overall, a typical RPG list.
