Rags to Riches to Rags is a contract in Mission 3 of Dishonored Death of the Outsider.
Rags to Riches to Rags Walkthrough
This contract is accomplished while inside the Delores Michaels’ bank in Mission 3 – The Bank Job. This contract can be completed immediately after finishing Quiet as a Mouse, and this guide assumes you’ve already completed that contract before continuing. Starting from the Director’s office, travel back down the stairs to the basement of the Inner Atrium (level -1). If you have not turned off the security, use Displace to warp to the crates in the middle of the room, then into the open passageway to the left. Near security chief Pena (possibly unconscious) you will find the lockboxes. Find the box that reads Morgan Yu on the plaque, and read the contract description. On the Rags to Riches contract, you’ll see in the description that Yu was talking about how he had 315 coins to his name, which is also the combination to his lockbox. Open the lockbox, and you will find the crystal inside.
Fun Fact: Morgan Yu was the main character from Arkane’s previous game, Prey, and 315 refers to March 15th, the day that Yu kept repeating at the beginning of the game. Given who’s lockbox this is, it may be mimic matter from Prey. I’d be careful how you handle that.
