Making Rent is a Main Mission in Saints Row (2022 Reboot). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Making Rent story mission.

Mission Info: (Post mission) By robbing a payday loan place, you made rent for this month.
Objectives:
- Talk to Neenah
- Steal the car
- Hit the Payday Loan place
- Drive to your switch car
- Destroy the cop cars
- Head to your switch car
- Kill Los Panteros
- Take a dirt bike
- Ride like hell!
- Meet Nenah at the bridge
Talk to Neenah
This mission starts immediately after the prior one, without any break or rewards in between. You first need to head outside and speak with Neenah, who’s in the apartment driveway. You can get out of the apartment most quickly by just jumping off the balcony to the north of the room.
Steal the car
Head across the street to the marked car and steal it, this is the one you’ll use while robbing the store.
Hit the Payday Loan place
Follow the new objective to reach the store. Then there will be a cutscene showing the crew go in together.

Drive to your switch car
After the robbery, you’ll be back in the car automatically, and need to make your way to the switch car. The objective markers for this move as you progress, so just start following the marked route down the road until you run into a train in your way (unless you were extremely slow).
Destroy the cop cars
You’ll now be chased by a couple of cop cars, and need to destroy them to continue. You can sideswipe in vehicles by pressing 
, then your vehicle will lurch in the direction your pressing on the stick, damaging anything beside you. Use this to destroy the two cop cars that chase you.
The objective marker will keep directing you to drive around the block during this section, so don’t worry about reaching it, just worry about destroying the cars.
GLITCH WARNING: It is possible for this objective to break and not be completable, especially if you destroy the first cop car before the objective changes. If this occurs the other car might disappear, then you’re stuck with just the driving objective but no vehicles to destroy. If this occurs you need to restart checkpoint and it will put you back right before, and try to avoid destroying the first cop car until the objective changes.
Head to your switch car
With the cops off your tail, you can now head to the switch car point. Follow the moving objective and you’ll eventually reach a junkyard.
You’ll automatically level up for the first time after this, and the game gives a bit of a tutorial on skills and how to use them. Equip the first one you get before you go in, it’s one of the best in the game at the moment of writing as you can use it on armored enemies to instantly kill them (possible oversite since you can’t use takedowns on armored enemies).
Kill Los Panteros
Turns out the junkyard was in Los Panteros territory, and they disassembled it because it was there. You’ll need to take out all the enemies inside to progress. Watch out after the first group for a trunk with a turret that drives in. You can use your new skill and toss an enemy at it to help blow up the vehicle, or just shoot the enemy on the turret.
Take a dirt bike
There’s dirt bikes to the east side you can use to get away, go grab one.
Ride like hell!
There isn’t a specific set path now for you to follow, so just keep making your way towards the moving objectives points leading out of the city. Don’t worry about following paths, just keep heading as straight towards each new objective point as you can.
Meet Neenah at the bridge
Neenah is meeting you at a bridge out of town to pick you up. Once you pass the gas station and the large fork you’ll have a cutscene showing what occurs, and the mission will be complete.
