The Dustmoot is a Main Mission in Saints Row (2022 Reboot). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the The Dustmoot story mission.
Quest Giver: Eli
Requirement: Complete Networking
Reward: $3,500 Cash, 3,000 XP, Dustlander Revolver, Bone Crusher, Dustlander Crossbow, New Weapon Patterns, Eli Friend Combat Boost, Castle Kraken at Empire Table
Mission Info: I have a, uh, a problem that calls for your specific expertise.
Objectives:
- Talk to Eli
- Get into Eli’s car
- Acquire weapons and armor
- Acquire the supplies
- Arm thyself
- Shoot someone
- Venture into the Dustland
- Proceed on foot
- Speaketh to the beacon guard
- Slay the beacon guards
- Set Tapeworm’s beacon alight
- Slay thy foes
- Venture to Fort Tapeworm
- Parlay with House Tapeworm
- Enter Fort Tapeworm
- Slay thy foes
- Search yonder pedestal
- Loot thy enemy’s fort (x/3)
- Enter the Great Worm

Talk to Eli
Eli has something he wants your help with, head to the west side of the city to meet him at a hobby store.

Get into Eli’s car
Eli wants your help with the Dustmoot, a city-wide LARPing event. Get into his car nearby to start.
Acquire weapons and armor
Head to the new marked location, where you are grabbing supplies for weapons and armor.

Acquire the supplies
At the location, interact with the pile of boxes to grab the supplies.
Arm thyself
After you have donned your armor, interact with Eli to obtain some Dustmoot-appropriate weaponry.
Shoot someone
Try out your Dustmoot weapons, shoot one fo the 3 people that are standing around.
Venture into the Dustland
Eli marks a new spot to head to for your first Dustmoot experience.

Proceed on foot
Once you’re close to the objective, get out and keep going on foot.
Speaketh to the beacon guard
Walk up and speak with the marked character near the beacon.
Slay the beacon guards
The guards don’t agree with your terms, so you need to take them out. Dustmoot weapons work the same as normal ones (headshots do more damage) and you can still perform takedowns on enemies, you just can’t use your flow abilities. Take out all the guards.
Set Tapeworm’s beacon alight
When all the guards are defeated, head over to the beacon and interact with it to light it on fire.
Slay thy foes
After lighting the beacon, more enemies will appear in vehicles. Take them out at they show up.
Venture to Fort Tapeworm
With the enemies defeated, hope back in the car and make your way over to Fort Tapeworm.

Parlay with House Tapeworm
Head up to the gate, and wait while you talk with the gate guard and are let in.
Enter Fort Tapeworm
Wait for the guard to finish talking, then you can head inside the gate.
Sly thy foes
Once inside, take out all the enemies. Keep following the path into the center of the area where most of the enemies are.
Search yonder pedestal
Once all enemies are defeated, head up to the marked pedestal to search the chest.
Loot thy enemy’s fort (x/3)
You need to search the rest of the area to find 3 more chests to loot. All of them are in this central area at ground level. First one you can find beside the pile of tires just east of the central pedestal.
If you go directly west to the other side of the area you can find another beside the shipping containers.
Then you can find the final chest on the north side of the area, close to the stack of concrete pipes.
Enter the Great Worm
To finally find the tape, you’ll need to enter the Great Worm. Follow the objective marker towards the south of the area, where you can find some stairs leading up toward the Great Worm.

Injure the Great Worm (x/4)
Inside the Great Worm there will be more enemies along the path, along with gold sacks that you need to shoot (balloons hanging from the ceiling). Follow the path to the end while shooting all 4 marked sacks and defeating the enemies.
Seize the duct tape
At the end of the worm after dealing with all the enemies, you can interact with the boxes to obtain your needed duct tape.
Exit the Great Worm’s ass
After grabbing the duct tape you can shoot the sacks on the wall, followed by the wall itself to exit the Great Worm.
Talk to Eli
Drop back down and speak with Eli to complete the mission.
This finishes The Dustmoot main quest in Saints Row.
