Wondering if you can reset skills in Starfield?
Unfortunately No, you can’t reset skills in Starfield. Once a skill point is spent it will be gone and you can’t respec your character. You can only change the cosmetic look of your character at shops called “Enhance” found in some cities.
However, you can keep leveling up and get enough skill points to unlock all skill ranks. There are 80 skills total (5 skill trees with 16 skills each). Each skill has 4 ranks. So in total 80 skills x 4 ranks = 320 skill points.
Each level-up gives 1 skill point. To unlock all skills you must reach level 340. Leveling works infinitely, you could theoretically reach Level 1000. It is possible to buy all skills if you level up enough, hence no need to reset them.

If you are playing on PC you can use the command console and enter cheats to instantly be max level and buy all skills but doing so blocks achievements. See Starfield All Cheats.
