Tales of Kenzera: Zau The Great Cliffs Collectible Locations

The Great Cliffs contains 6 Collectible Locations in Tales of Kenzera: Zau. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in The Great Cliffs Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Nothing is missable, everything can be collected after the story.

When you first visit the area in the story, you may still be missing the unlockable Ability needed to reach some collectibles. This walkthrough is intended for use during the story. Only some collectibles require specific Abilities. Return to these once you have them.

Collectibles Overview:

Tales of Kenzera: Zau Collectible Guide

#1 – Echo 1 (The Yumboes): after doing a bit of climbing, you’ll reach a platform where you’d have to continue right to advance the story. Instead, jump on the platform on your left. Then, drop down and immediately dash left to reach an area with this Echo.

#2 – Echo 2 (The Spirits of Kenzera): at some point, you’ll be asked to talk about your mom. Shortly after, you’ll come to a fork. The story path is downward. First, climb upwards to find this Echo.

#3 – Echo 3 (A Tale of Boat Breakers): as you chase the little girl, you’ll have to eventually push a block stone. Don’t drop it down yet, but instead leave it at the very edge of the platform where you find the stone and then use it to wall-jump and reach the ledge above with this Echo.

#4 – Trinket (Retaliating Spirit): after dropping down the block to create a path forward, continue all the way to the right to find a platforming challenge. Complete it to reach this Trinket at the end.

#5 – Reflection: after the challenge, continue along the main story path and you’ll come across the little girl again. Continue after her to find an area with collapsible platforms. Get to the top of the area and head left until you are introduced to Reflections. Then, press in front of the baobab tree to unlock this Reflection.

#6 – Spirit Ritual: can only be completed after obtaining the Akida Spear ability (unmissable, story-related unlock in Act 1). After doing so, fast travel back to the leftmost fast travel point and head all the way to the left where you can find a switch for the Akida Spear ability that opens up a door. Continue on and complete the combat trials.
