Requirement: Complete the Exploration Mission – The Road is Rough and wait a full day for server reset.
Reward: 75 Oroberyl, 5,150 T-Creds, 16 Intermediate Combat Records, 9 Protoprism, 12 Arms INSP Kits, and 300 EXP.

You unlock this quest the following day after completing Exploration Mission – The Road is Rough.

Meet the new agent

North of the Hub Base Powerplant, you’ll find a man looking at some buildings. Approach him to trigger a cutscene.

Accuse Aleksandr

After the cutscene is over, speak to Alksander, standing in the same spot you saw him in when you approached.

Talk to the agents to learn more about the situation (0/3)

All three agents will be in the same location. Speak to all three of them.

Discuss a solution with Perlica (Optional) / Search for more clues (0/1) / (Optional) Question Aleksandr about the document holder

This part of the mission has two Optional objectives. After the cutscene ends, you’ll see a document lying behind Aleksander. Examine it, and afterward, the second Optional objective will appear to Question Aleksander about the document. Speak to him.
