Arknights Endfield Cradle of the Ages Walkthrough

February 1, 2026 by LunarMothea Leave a Comment

Cradle of the Ages is the 21st main mission in Arknights Endfield. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Cradle of the Ages main quest.

  • Starting Location: Origin Lodespring
  • Quest Giver: Automatically begins after completing Main Mission 20 – Lodespring Crossing
  • Chapter: 1 – Process 3
  • Requirement: Complete Main Mission 20 – Lodespring Crossing
  • Reward: Origeometry x2, T-Creds x5,050, Endministrator’s Token, Intermediate Combat Record x14, Protoprism x8, Arms INSP Kit x11, EXP x300
  • Quest Description: All Ankhors have been destroyed, and the barrier before the Cradle of the Ages has vanished. Go deeper into the Cradle of the Ages and eliminate the hidden threats.

Go to the Cradle of the Ages

Head east and follow the path as it curves south.

When the marker directs you to the right, you can instead go left and head south. This bypasses a small section of the quest and doesn’t count against you.

Use the jump boost to clear the gap. Then continue south.

You approach another fight here. Like the last one, you can bypass it if you wish. Just hug the fence on the left and jump up the blocks to cross the bridge to the east.

Follow the path as it leads north.

There’s another batch of enemies where the first Ankhor once stood. Feel free to run by them if you wish.

Reaching the entrance to the Cradle of the Ages triggers a cutscene.

Continue north until you reach an open foggy area. After a little dialogue, a cutscene starts.

Defeat the Triaggelos

Here, you fight a new boss “Triaggelos” with three phases.

Phase 1: For its first phase, it follows repeated patterns. It executes three attacks you can interrupt. While each interruption window is short, knowing that two more windows will open soon after makes timing interrupts easier.

When it goes up in the air, run in one direction. It shoots down blight meteors that do widespread damage.  Just keep chipping away at the Triaggelos until its health disappears. It also does a charge from one end of the field to the other.

Phase 2: For phase two, it regenerates its entire health bar. Then, it opens this phase by triggering another blight explosion. Stand near the Originium Saplings to avoid the blast.

Just like during the first phase, it goes into the air to shoot blight meteors. This time, it shoots three in a row. Just keep running in one direction. They are rather easy to dodge.

The tricky parts of this fight are when it goes immune. It summons blight monsters to fight you while also dropping blight rocks that do area-of-effect damage around them. Take out the enemies while staying out of range of the blight rocks.

The other attack the Triaggelos does is a pair of charges across the entire field. Just dodge these using Circle. They also show interrupt windows, so you can time interrupts if you use a range character. It’s just a bit trickier.

Phase 3: The third phase is annoying but very straightforward. The Triaggelos constantly goes invisible. While doing so, it shoots a bunch of red arrows at you. While it attacks you in such a way that keeps you far away from it, the strategy is to stay close to it.

When you attack it while it’s invisible, it becomes visible again. This also counts as a trigger to chip away at its stagger bar. So, breaking it down is much easier in this phase. As long as you keep hitting it, it will not stay invisible, and the stagger bar rises very quickly.

The only major thing to watch out for is when it creates a cone in front of it that does crazy damage. Just go behind it and continue to chip at it until its health depletes.

Go to the shaft leading to the Power Plateau

Head east into the cave in front of you.

When you reach an open cavern with an inactive depot, a cutscene triggers.

This finishes Cradle of the Ages main quest in Arknights Endfield.
