- Starting Location: Valley IV > Power Plateau
- Quest Giver: Automatically begins after completing Main Mission 24 – Counterstrike Brewing
- Chapter: 1 – Process 4
- Requirement: Complete Main Mission 24 – Counterstrike Brewing
- Reward: Origeometry x2, T-Creds x5,050, Intermediate Combat Record x16, Protoprism x9, Arms INSP Kit x12, EXP x300
- Quest Description: You decide to help Crowe find the missing apprentices, who were tasked with retrieving equipment related to the Utjug Order. Follow Crowe’s guide and begin the search within the Originium Power Plant.
Follow Crowe to the monitoring room
Follow Crowe as he goes around and then up a set of stairs. He leads you into a control room.
Open the rolling gate and go to the lab
Since it’s right there, interact with the Gather point to your immediate left.
Then, use the lever next to the rolling gate.
Go to the lab
Enter the room and ride the conveyor belt.
Along this stretch of conveyor belt, you deal with steam jets. Hide behind the boxes on the belt to pass by the jets.
After three jets, step off the belt and onto the grated walkway. Head north.
Same thing with this conveying belt but with only one jet.
Step off the belt and head down the stairs.
Pass through the broken fence and go left down the stalled conveyor belt.
When you’re stopped, turn left and then immediately left again to find the belt switch.
Get back on the belt and avoid the jets.
When you step off the belt, go left around the corner to find an Aurylene.
In the next area, go around the metal fixture to the left and interact with the level.
To repair the module, align the pieces like this:
Head inside the opened gate and climb the stairs in front of you.
Defeat the Landbreakers blocking your way
Take out the four Landbreakers that surround the worker. When you defeat them, a cutscene triggers.
Search for the missing UWST crew mates
This objective only appears for a short time before auto-completing.
Find a way into the lab
On the west wall of this area, interact with the level to the left of the gate.
Head through the gate and go southeast along the linear path.
Feel free to fight the Landbreakers you come across, but you can also just run by them if you wish.
A beam falls and blocks the forward path. Take the stairs to the right.
Jump up the boxes to reach a grated path. Follow it.
This path soon reaches a drop off. Jump down and then head north.
There are two ways to go here. The stairs to the right goes down where you can find a note and a chest.
To progress, head forward and jump up the boxes to the right to reach another conveyor belt.
This time, you have to run against the path of the belt. Here, it’s best to use sprint in order to get past steam jets.
At the end of the belt, turn left into a pipe.
Before going left, follow the Aurylene forward to the dead end in order to collect it.
Go back and proceed through the short junction pipe.
To the left is a Gather point. To the right continues the quest.
Head right and drop down into the lab to trigger a cutscene.
Defeat the Landbreakers blocking your way
Grab the Gather point to the left of the rolling gate.
Use the lever to the right of the rolling gate to open it. Then step in and take out the Landbreakers.
Scan the place to look for the signal emitter
Press R2 to scan the room.
The signal emitter sits on a box right next to another Gather point.
Give the signal emitter and keycard to Crowe
Turn around to see a chest on the back wall. Open it.
Then, look left and open the rolling gate with the lever to its right.
Run across the way and then north into where you first met Crowe. This triggers a cutscene.
During the cutscene, it prompts you to submit the signal emitter and keycard. The game automatically places these items for you, so just press “Confirm.”
This finishes Scaldings of Utjug main quest in Arknights Endfield.
