Introduction

Welcome to Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Trophy Guide! Revival is a brand new story set within the Hellraiser universe, developed and published by Saber Interactive. The game takes place from a first person perspective, playing most similar to the first person Resident Evil games. During progression you must solve puzzles and defeat enemies, with a limited inventory similar to Resident Evil 4. Trophy-wise the game requires a single playthrough, collecting only certain collectibles and performing some specific miscellaneous requirements along the way. The game is linear and doesn’t feature Chapter Select, which means that anything not story-related is effectively missable and cannot be returned to unless you keep manual saves.

Step 1: Complete the Story, complete all Collectibles & Trophies

BUG WARNING: Currently the two trophies related to buying/selling at the shop are bugged and tracking stops working permanently if they are not earned at the first shop. See What’re Ya Buyin? for an explanation of how to earn these trophies currently.

Simply follow the Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival 100% Walkthrough and you’ll earn all trophies in a single playthrough. Because of how linear the game is, everything not story-related is extremely missable, so the walkthrough includes steps for progression and puzzle solutions, all required collectibles, and recommended locations to earn all miscellaneous trophies.

Step 2: (Optional) Reload Prior Manual Saves If Needed

If you followed the walkthrough you should already have Platinum after Step 1. If you missed anything, reload the nearest manual save and replay from there for any cleanup.

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Trophy Guide

To Hell and Back
Complete all other Trophies.
Earn all other trophies in Hellraiser: Revival to unlock Platinum (no DLC required).
What’s in the Box?!
Use the Genesis Configuration.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded in the first section of the game, when you use the Genesis Configuration to solve a puzzle for the first time.

Puzzle Me This
Complete 3 Labyrinth puzzles.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

You will earn this trophy during the second extended visit to the Labyrinth, after completing the puzzle where you must spin the tube in the middle of the room to progress.

Not Leaving Us so Soon, Are You?
Escape the Labyrinth.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded at the end of the first section of the game, when you reach the bed beneath the Leviathan.

The Box. You Opened it. We Came
Complete the prologue.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded at the end of the first section of the game, at the end of the cutscene after reaching the Leviathan.

A Waste of Good Suffering
Escape confinement.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you exit the room after escaping the chair in the first section of the game.

No Time for Argument
Escape from the Chatterer.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you escape the Chatterer during a chase sequence for the first time.

Only Nightmares Last Forever!
Escape from Charlotte.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you escape from the monster Charlotte at the end of the Scarlet Church section.

What’re Ya Buyin?
Spend 666+ coins in the shop.
BUGGED / MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for spending a cumulative total of at least 666 coins at Zora’s shops during a playthrough.

Both this and trophy What’re Ya Sellin? are BUGGED because the PS5 trophy tracker gets stuck and stops increasing after the first shop.

To avoid the bug, you should earn both of these trophies immediately at the first shop around an hour into the game. You can manually save at the save point directly left of the shop, then sell every item out of your inventory. Buy as many items from Zora as you can, then sell everything again, repeat until you run out of money. If you did not earn both trophies, you can reload your manual save and repeat this process until both trophies unlock. If you don’t do this at this point, then the trophies are likely to break and can’t be earned until they get patched.

What’re Ya Sellin?
Earn 999+ coins from sales.
BUGGED / MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for earning a cumulative total of at least 999 coins at Zora’s shops during a playthrough.

Just like trophy What’re Ya Buyin? this is BUGGED because the PS5 trophy tracker gets stuck and stops increasing after the first shop.

With Great Power
Unlock the Telekinesis power.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you exit the sewer area to the woods, and unlock the Telekinesis power when progressing.

A Quiet Place
Escape the graveyard without throwing anything or being seen.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for completing the Graveyard area in the first part of the game without being spotted by any enemies or throwing any items to distract enemies.

You are dropped into the graveyard section after escaping from Charlotte a second time, when you are first introduced to the ability to throw items to attract enemies. To earn this trophy though you must NOT do this at any point during this next section. As soon as you enter the area go make a save in the church area. See the below image for the paths where to go. Yellow path is the first path on the way to the shack, the red path is on the way back.

This graveyard consists of two area, first where you must avoid a group of Cultists, then on the way back where you must avoid Charlotte. The first section with the Cultists you can avoid them by going to the east edge of the first area. Wait for them to walk out of the middle path, then continue wrapping around east until you crouch under a wall into the eastern part of the graveyard, where there are no Cultists and you can walk to the shack in the southeast. When you reach the shack successfully make a new manual save to reload.

On the way back after obtaining the statue key from the shed, you now need to avoid Charlotte. The monster patrols around the east area of the graveyard, moving in different loops depending on how far you progress. You need to be crouching and following behind her, staying in the bushes around the area to stay out of sight. You know you are correctly hidden in the bushes because there is a crossed out eye icon on the bottom right. This section seems somewhat finicky as certain bushes you can not be that far into, and if the monster walks directly by you then you may be “spotted” (Aiden will say something and the HUD will appear). The easiest way to escape the area is to follow behind the monster staying in the bushes, then when you reach the center of the area you want to go south back along the path how you entered this area. Then when the monster goes all the way south turn around and loop around to the northwest where you crouch under a tree. The monster then doesn’t enter the side of the map the Cultists were in before, so you can head back to the church and the trophy will unlock when you interact with the door and place the key to exit the graveyard.

Burn? Oh, Such a Limited Imagination!
Set Charlotte on fire.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you reach the exit to the graveyard and shoot the lantern to burn Charlotte.

Run, Aidan, Run!
Escape from the Chatterer, again.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded after the second Chatterer chase when you reach the Field of Souls.

Demons to Some, Angels to Others…
Talk to a Cenobite.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded after the cutscene that occurs after escaping the graveyard.

The Further Regions of Experience
Activate a Labyrinth pillar artifact.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded when you collected a Pain or Suffering Pillar (Health or Suffering Increase) for the first time.

Welcome to Oblivion
Reach the Field of Souls.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded after the second Chatterer chase when you reach the Field of Souls.

Every Drop of Blood You Spill…
Resurrect Sunny.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you exit the Labyrinth after interacting with Sunny’s pillar in the Field of Souls.

Puts More Flesh on My Bones
Begin the hunt for the hearts.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded after the cutscene that occurs when leaving the Field of Souls.

Come to Daddy
Defeat Bruno.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded for defeating Bruno for the first time in the mansion basement. Bruno is a human boss who mostly chases you around the small room trying to grab you. You will need to use up most of your ammo and weapons during this section to beat him, as he has a lot of health. You just need to keep avoiding him as he chases you around and continually damage him until you defeat him.

Sticks and Stones
Use a stone to kill an enemy.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for killing an enemy with a stone. Stones can be found in certain locations and are normally picked up to throw and distract enemies, but then can be used for a very small amount of damage.

The best method is to do this is in the park areas immediately after escaping the Graveyard. When you progress around the Mansion there are some stones on the ground. You should ignore these until you finish in the mansion and go through the third area into the park. Carry one of the stones with you, but drop it to shoot the blue exploding enemies before picking it up again. Carry it and keep dropping it until you reach a normal zombie enemy that you can shoot until it flashes blue (when you can run up and kill it with the Genesis Configuration) then throw the stone at it while it is flashing blue to kill it with the stone.

Red Dead Damnation
Shoot every bottle at the docks shooting range.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for shooting a group of 9 bottles in the dock area when you are collecting the statue pieces after the graveyard.

In the third area (through the gate you open with the Statue’s Head) you are collecting puzzle boxes, and one of them is on a boat that you pull to the edge of a dock with a rope. Directly to the right of this boat is a wooden frame sitting in the water that has 9 bottles on it. You need to shoot all 9 bottles to earn the trophy. Note that if you run out of ammo and leave the area to obtain more, all of the bottles will respawn. So you need at least 9 bullets (preferably for the Handgun) to shoot them all at once. You don’t gain anything in-game for shooting the bottles, so if you want to save ammo you can make a manual save beforehand and then reload it.

We Have Such Sights to Show You
Enter the Labyrinth.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is earned immediately at the start of the game, when you enter the labyrinth for the first time.

Heart on Fire
Defeat Charlotte.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded for defeating Charlotte, the monster that chases you around during the first part of the game.

Charlotte is fought in a large arena where you have access to lots of ammo from boxes around the area and the two trunks of police cars. The fastest way to defeat Charlotte is to set her on fire using either the explosives around the arena, or by pulling fire from the torches and shooting it at her. This stuns for around 10 seconds, then you should run up and shoot her directly in the head with the shotgun, which seems to do the most damage of any of the weapons to the bosses.

Once she is at half health she will jump to the cliff above the arena and throw explosive enemies down at you. You need to shoot one of them while she is holding it to knock her back down. You can then return to damaging her in the same way as before to finish the fight.

Codebreaker
Unlock 5 numpad locks.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for unlocking any 5 locks opened with numpads throughout the game. Numpads locks are found typically in the Cultist areas and require a 4-digit number to open, typically found on objects in the nearby rooms. The cabinets contain materials, coins, or ammo.

There are more than 5 numpad locks throughout the game. They are all missable, and can’t be accessed once you progress out of their area.

Guns, Lots of Guns
Acquire all firearms.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for obtaining all 5 firearms found throughout the game. The Pistol is the first firearm that is automatically obtained through the story, with all others being picked up while progressing or purchased from the shop.

» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival 100% Walkthrough
» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Collectible Guide

The 5 firearms are:

  • Pistol
  • Shotgun
  • SMG
  • Revolver
  • Assault Rifle
Lord of War
Fully upgrade a firearm.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for fully upgrading a weapon, which means filling all 5 slots on the firearm with attachments. It does not seem like all weapons have a full 5 available attachments, so it is highly recommended to do this with the SMG as you can get the majority of the attachments for free instead of needing to buy them. All attachments are listed in the walkthrough when you can obtain them

» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival 100% Walkthrough
» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Collectible Guide

SMG Attachments:

  • Drum Magazine OR Laser Pointer
  • Linear Compensator
  • Heavy Foregrip
  • Supersonic Bullets
  • Skeletonized Bolt Carrier

Note that this trophy may not unlock immediately when you fill all spots on the SMG. If it doesn’t, try removing the Drum Magazine/Laser Pointer and put it back on, or swap for the other attachment.

I Can Do This All Day
Escape from the Chatterer, yet again.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy unlocks after the third chase scene with the Chatterer.

So Much for the Cat and Mouse Shtick
Sneak past Sister of Mercy.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy unlocks once you reach the top of the room and enter the Labyrinth after the Sister of Mercy takes the Genesis Configuration away from you.

Unlimited Power!
Unlock the Hellchains power.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy unlocks immediately after the third chase scene with the Chatterer when you gain access to the Hellchains ability.

In the Land of the Pig, the Butcher is King
Rip apart 69 enemies using Hellchains.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for killing a total of 69 enemies using the Hellchains power during a playthrough. After unlocking this ability it can only be used while at full Suffering, and allows you to kill all nearby basic enemies instantly.

You can earn this trophy immediately when you obtain the Hellchains power and are prompted with a tutorial on how to use it. After using it for the first time, reload the most recent autosave and you will be put back in the same room with all enemies alive. Trigger it again and reload until you earn the trophy.

Librarian
Collect every crafting recipe.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for obtaining all crafting recipes. There are 12 crafting recipes available in the game, with 2 of them being obtained automatically during story progression, and the remaining 10 being available to purchase from the shop as you progress through the game. Once you have obtained all 12 you will unlock the trophy. The point at which all recipes are available is listed in the Walkthrough:

» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival 100% Walkthrough
» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Collectible Guide

Crafting Recipes:

  • Bandage – Obtained automatically
  • Medkit
  • Basic Repair Kit
  • Advanced Repair Kit
  • Pistol Ammo – Obtained automatically
  • Shotgun Ammo
  • SMG Ammo
  • Revolver Ammo
  • Assault Rifle Ammo
  • Bear Trap
  • Fuel Canister
  • Lockpick
Artificer
Craft every craftable item.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for crafting each of the 12 craftable items at least once each. After obtaining a crafting recipe, you can then make the item in the crafting menu if you have enough of the required materials. Materials are found throughout the game laying on the ground, in boxes, or in locked cabinets. Materials that are found are random, so while the walkthrough does include when you can obtain the crafting recipe, it can’t specifically tell you when to craft the items because you won’t always have the same materials.

The game doesn’t track which items you have already made, so you should make sure to keep track of this on your own. There is a limited amount of possible material drops in the game (they do not respawn and cannot be purchased). Don’t waste materials crafting more of the items such as Bear Trap and Fuel Canister which are less useful and use a lot of materials.

No Mercy
Defeat the Sister of Mercy.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded when you defeat the boss Sister of Mercy.

Wetwork
Stealth kill 10 cultists without alerting anyone.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for getting a stealth kill on at least 10 Cultists throughout the game. After you obtain the knife early in the game you can then crouch behind enemies and quietly kill them in one hit. You should generally aim for stealth kills whenever possible in this game, as they don’t use weapon durability and kill enemies in one hit, making them also quicker than directly attacking most enemies. You can kill a total of 10 Cultists in the first area of the game after you obtain the knife if you are able to stealth kill every possible one, but there are many more opportunities for stealth kills throughout the rest of the game.

Come Here, Damn You, I Want to Touch You
Defeat Bruno, again.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded for defeating the boss Bruno for the second time near the end of the game.

Electro-Shock Therapy
Die from electric shock.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for dying from electric shock at any point during the game. You will sometimes find areas of electrified water on the ground, which if you touch will instantly kill you. Do this at any of these locations to earn the trophy.

Go to Hell!
Defeat Marlowe.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded for defeating the final boss Marlowe at the end of the game.

There Are No Limits
Find and activate every pain pillar artifact.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for activating all 5 Pain Pillar artifacts.

The Pain and Suffering Pillars are upgrade collectibles found in the Labyrinth sections of the game, normally hidden slightly away from the main path. Pain Pillars increase your health, whereas Suffering Pillars increase your Suffering (Genesis Configuration powers). These are both highly missable, in most Labyrinth areas you cannot backtrack at all, as the game constantly closes walls behind you.

Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible
Find and activate every suffering pillar artifact.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for activating all 5 Suffering Pillar artifacts throughout the game.

» Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival Collectible Guide

Tear Your Soul Apart
Complete the Ritual of Rebirth.
Story-related, cannot be missed.

This trophy is awarded for completing the Ritual of Rebirth, which is the very final Labyrinth section of the game.

Experience Beyond Limits
Finish the story by accepting the Cenobites’ offer.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for unlocking the first ending where you accept the Cenobites’ offer by following the Cenobites through the hole in the wall.

Both ends can be earned in a single playthrough by reloading the final autosave. Doing this puts you back at the start of the final cutscene before you gain control of Aiden in the apartment, then can make the opposite choice to go follow the Cenobites or stay in the room.

Human After All
Finish the story by denying the Cenobites’ offer.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for unlocking the second ending where you decline the Cenobites’ offer by staying in the apartment area until the hole in the wall closes.

Portable Guillotine
Behead 3 or more enemies with the same melee weapon.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for beheading 3 enemies using the exact same melee weapon without it breaking. You will need to go out of your way to do this, as typically you do not behead enemies without purposely doing it, and need to use a weapon specifically for this.

The best way to do this is by shooting Unworthy (the zombie enemies) until they flash blue, then kill them with the Genesis Configuration. Instead of doing this, take a blade weapon (make sure it has a high repair level and don’t use it for other attacks) and hit them in the head while they are flashing blue to behead them. Repeat with two more Unworthy using the same blade weapon to earn the trophy. If you break the weapon before doing this on the third enemy you will need to start over with a new weapon. You cannot repair weapons once they are broken, they are immediately discarded.

Trickshot
Kill 2 or more enemies with a single shot.
MISSABLE

This trophy is awarded for killing two enemies with a single bullet. This only seems to be possible with the Assault Rifle while having the AP Rounds upgrade, which increases bullet penetration of this gun.

There are two possible ways to do this. The first is when you are progressing through the second club area, after killing Charlotte. You reach a room with a waterfall after escaping from Sister of Mercy for the first time. This is the area where you can get the AP Rounds upgrade. After obtaining the key item ‘Hobby Horse’ in this area, you will be attacked by zombified Cultist enemies that are very weak. If shot with the Assault Rifle they may die in one hit, with one shot killing two of them. You will be attacked by around 10 of them in a group in this area, which means you can let them pile up and try to shoot through multiple of them at once.

The other way to do this is near the end of the game when chasing after Marlowe after he transforms into a monster. You pass through a large sewer area and are attacked by a large group of zombies. You can kill 2 with one shoot if you damage them until they start flashing blue (where they can be executed with the Genesis Configuration) then line up two and kill them with one shot of the Assault Rifle.
