Hellraiser: Revival contains 27 Collectibles that are required for trophies & achievements (5 Firearms, 12 Crafting Recipes, 5 Pain Pillars, 5 Suffering Pillars). This Collectible Guide also includes all missable miscellaneous Trophies & Achievements, as well as Inventory and Weapon Upgrades found outside of shops.
Finding all Collectibles unlocks the following Trophies & Achievements:
- Guns, Lots of Guns
– Acquire all firearms - Librarian
– Collect every crafting recipe - Artificer
– Craft every craftable item - There Are No Limits
– Find and activate every pain pillar artefact - Pain And Pleasure, Indivisible
– Find and activate every suffering pillar artefact
Collecting notes/documents is not required for any trophies, they only provide extra lore information. The game does not have a traditional chapter structure, nor does it have a Chapter Select. Because of this, everything is missable. Be sure to pick up all items at the first opportunity before moving to the next area.
Headings in the guide are what is displayed in the Objectives menu, which is the only way to determine your current place within the story. You can check these in that menu at any time, and the “higher-level” objective is listed on your save file as well.
Find Sunny

Escape the Cult
Free Yourself
Crafting Recipe: Bandage 1/12
Available from the start of the game – 3 Cloth + 1 Chemicals
You can start collecting crafting materials as you progress. Materials that you find throughout the game are random, so the guide can’t specify exactly when/where to create items. For example if you make a save, break a crate, then reload the save the crate will have different items in it.
The game does not have any tracking as to which Crafting Recipes you have made, so you should keep track of this yourself as there is a limited amount of crafting materials throughout the game, so you don’t want to waste them making some of the less useful and more involved recipes multiple times.

Sneak Past Bruno/Find the Keycard
Keypad: 0199
Cabinet in the hallway immediately after sneaking past Bruno. Code is the numbers on the plaques beside two of the paintings in the hallway.
Outrun the Chatterer
Wetwork
– Stealth kill 10 cultists without alerting anyone
In the next area you receive the knife, which you can use to stealth kill enemies. You should aim to do this whenever possible, against both Cultists and zombie enemies (called Unworthy in-game). Normal melee weapons break after use, but the knife doesn’t and is what is used in stealth kills, so you should typically always try for stealth kills to save melee weapons and ammo for when needed.
Keypad: 9891
Cabinet in the area just after the room full of bookshelves with the two enemies. Code is the numbers tattooed on the back of the body in the tub nearby.
Firearm: Pistol
Automatically obtained after picking up the flashlight and resetting the power to open the metal door.
Crafting Recipe: Pistol Ammo
Automatically obtained at the same time as the Pistol – 3 Scraps + 2 Gunpowder

Portable Guillotine
– Behead 3 or more enemies with the same melee weapon
Starting in the next area you first encounter Unworthy (zombies). These enemies take more damage than Cultists, and have a unique mechanic where after you damage them enough they start flashing blue and you can kill them using the Genesis configuration by interacting with them. For this trophy though you need to behead 3 of them with the same weapon without it breaking. You can do this by shooting the enemy until they start flashing blue, then melee in the head with a blade weapon. It’s recommended to fully fix a weapon at this point, then only use it to behead 3 enemies in a row here. You can do this on the first two enemies you encounter one at a time, then one of the three enemies in the sewer room after you execute two of them.
What’re Ya Buyin?
– Spend 666+ coins in the shop GLITCHED + What’re Ya Sellin?
– Earn 999+ coins from sales GLITCHED
When you climb up the next ladder you encounter Zora at the first shop. You want to make a manual save first, then immediately earn these two trophies by selling everything from your inventory, and buying items from Zora. You can use the Buyback section to rebuy the items that you purchased, then sell them back to her. If you don’t do this immediately at the first shop the PS5 tracking on these two trophies can break and then you cannot earn the trophy until it is fixed.
At shops you can sell any items that are marked as “Treasure”, these have no purpose other than to sell. You can also place any unwanted items into storage chests that are always at shops. There are some storage chests not at shops, and you can place Treasure items into them and then when you reach the shop next sell the items out of storage without pulling them to your inventory.
Crafting Recipe: Medkit
Purchase from Zora at first shop for 200 coins – 2 Cloth + 4 Herbs + 1 Chemicals
Crafting Recipe: Lockpick
Purchase from Zora at first shop for 120 coins – 3 Scraps + 3 Coils

Hairraiser: Revival
– Die from electric shock
When progressing through the next area you eventually encounter an area with electrified water on the ground. Wait until the next manual save point in the next room, then walk back and into this water to die and earn this trophy.
Find a Way Out of the Graveyard
Firearm: Shotgun
After falling into the graveyard area and fixing your foot, this is on a body directly beside you.
A Quiet Place
– Escape the graveyard without throwing anything or being seen
When you drop into this area DO NOT PICK UP ANY BOTTLES OR STONES. Save immediately at the save point on the left in the church.
Through the rest of this section you need to avoid all enemies and don’t use Bottles or Stones to throw to distract them. You can follow the paths in the below image, on the way to the house follow the yellow path, on the way back follow the red path.
This graveyard consists of two area, first where you must avoid a group of Cultists, then on the way back where you must avoid Charlotte. The first section with the Cultists you can avoid them by going to the east edge of the first area. Wait for them to walk out of the middle path, then continue wrapping around east until you crouch under a wall into the eastern part of the graveyard, where there are no Cultists and you can walk to the shack in the southeast. When you reach the shack successfully make a new manual save to reload.
Keypad: 9606
Safe located inside the house on the southeast corner of the cemetery.
Pistol Upgrade: Oversized Magazine Release
Inside the safe opened with above keypad.
Inventory Capacity Upgrade
In the green cabinet in the room with the save point.
On the way back after obtaining the statue key from the shed, you now need to avoid Charlotte. The monster patrols around the east area of the graveyard, moving in different loops depending on how far you progress. You need to be crouching and following behind her, staying in the bushes around the area to stay out of sight. You know you are correctly hidden in the bushes because there is a crossed out eye icon on the bottom right. This section seems somewhat finicky as certain bushes you can not be that far into, and if the monster walks directly by you then you may be “spotted” (Aiden will say something and the HUD will appear). The easiest way to escape the area is to follow behind the monster staying in the bushes, then when you reach the center of the area you want to go south back along the path how you entered this area. Then when the monster goes all the way south turn around and loop around to the northwest where you crouch under a tree. The monster then doesn’t enter the side of the map the Cultists were in before, so you can head back to the church and the trophy will unlock when you interact with the door and place the key to exit the graveyard.
Free Sunny’s Soul

Suffering Pillar #1 (Suffering Increase)
After the section where you need to run past the spikey walls while the roof moves down, turn left at the next intersection with the red light coming from the wall and you can see the pillar in front of you in an area where there are rotating traps moving counterclockwise around the track in the area.
Suffering Pillar #2 (Suffering Increase)
When moving through the section where you can see the Leviathan in the distance and The Chatterer keeps appearing around you, progress until the spot where you see some arches in front of you. After you gain the ability to pull and throw fire, run back toward the mansion to the east and pick up a stone off the ground and carry it with you. When you run into a normal zombie (not one of the exploding ones) drop the stone on the ground and shoot them until they start flashing blue. Red Dead Damnation
Shoot every bottle at the docks shooting range
This trophy is earned by shooting all 9 of the bottles to the right of the boat you pull in to obtain one of the puzzle boxes. It’s recommended you save and do this before pulling the boat, because pulling the boat spawns a bunch of enemies. Note that if you run out of ammo and leave the area to obtain more all of the bottles will respawn, so you need at least 9 bullets (preferably for the Handgun) to shoot them all at once. You don’t gain anything for shooting the bottles, so it’s recommended to save and then reload after shooting the bottles.
SMG Upgrade: Linear Compensator
After using the 4 puzzle boxes to go down the well, this is in the southwestern room in the cabinet opened with a lockpick.

They are extremely weak, so you want to take out the Assault Rifle with the AP Rounds attachment, line up two of the Cultists, and shoot them and it should kill 2 of them with one bullet. There are 2 that immediately spawn in front of you when you open the door, if it doesn’t work on them run straight forward into the bathroom they came from and turn around, and around 8 more will run at you in the bathroom. If you kill all of them without earning the trophy then you can reload the previous autosave to try again, though note this puts you back when you first entered this area so will need to pick up all items starting from the SMG Upgrade again.
Assault Rifle Upgrade: Overloaded Cartridges
After defeating the blob enemy, on a pedestal on the west side of the room.
Lord of War
