Avatar Frontiers of Pandora All Ancestor Skill Locations (Tarsyu Flowers)

There are 12 Ancestor Skills (Tarsyu Flower Locations) in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. Interacting with the red Tarsyu Flowers unlocks the Ancestor Skills. You must get at least 3 of these for the Talk to the Ancestors trophy & achievement. The rest are optional for trophies and achievements but they are good to have as they give permanent abilities that make the game easier.

They first become available after Main Quest 5: Becoming. At the end of this quest you interact with the first Tarsyu Flower automatically for story purposes. Then the rest gets marked on the map. They have a red beam on the map, making them easy to see. Most of them are high up on mountains or floating rocks that can only be reached with the Flying Mount, unlocked from Main Quest 11: Take Flight. It’s highly recommended you first advance the story until you get the flying mount. The ability to fly in all regions unlocks gradually from story progress, so if you can’t fly in a region you must advance the story.

None of the Ancestor Skills are missable. You can still find all of them after the story in free-roam. You can see which ones you unlocked via the Skills Menu. Click the “Ancestor Skills” icon at the bottom of the skill menu to view them. Each Tarsyu Flower also grants 2 skill points.

Story-Related

Ancestor Skill #1: Air Boost – automatically obtained from Main Quest 5: Becoming. Can’t miss it. This also reveals all other Tarsyu Flowers on the map (red beams of light).
